They come out every three months to check for termites and every 30 days to sort of wipe the house down. They eradicate ant beds, wasps nest's, and things to that nature.
I have a monthly contract with them for pest control. I also have a yearly contract for exterminating. I see them quite often. They always call to let us know they are coming. They just had a rate increase awhile back. In fact I called them today and my son is looking for someone. If I refer him, they will give me a $25 discount off of my bill.

Inspection of house and great educational information about termites, and insecticides. Inspector has me reviewing current Termite Bond and provided great information. Not sure if I will need their service in the future, but wonderful job and put me a ease, no high pressure sales pitches, just information and things to watch for.

I like the service guy that always comes out. It's a professional business and they came out and sold me on the business but they'd really taken care of the houses that we had.

We pay $70 a month for mosquito and pest control. We pay $120 a year for termite control. They are reasonable. They have come out to house that we are looking at buying to check if there is any termite damage and things we should know. They went above than what they had to do.

If you are looking excellent pest control service, not considering Cooks is a mistake. My technician is Jeremy and he awesome! He knows my schedule and he always asks if we have any new issued. He answers any questions I have, no matter how silly they are. Good service is hard to come by now a days. Thank you!

After being blown off by a Terminix tech in the initial inspection phase I ended up being absolutely blown AWAY by the absolutely amazing service from Cook's! The tech was very professional and he was up front about being an inexperienced tech and went so far as to offer a follow-up visit by his boss. I should have listened to the old Cook's jingle that played in my head every time I thought about pest control in the first place!
