Cooks Pest Control does a fantastic job with our termite contract. They installed a new Sentricon system in the previous year and we just had our annual inspection. I must say everything was extra thoroughly done, one technician went to inspect the outside bait traps and one tech stayed in the house and literally inspected everything in detail. We’ve had a different company before and no inspection was ever done quite so thoroughly as this one. I was very very impressed by how everything went and how professional both technicians behaved. After being blown off by a Terminix tech in the initial inspection phase I ended up being absolutely blown AWAY by the absolutely amazing service from Cook's! They always arrive during the time they say they will. Moreover, I receive a report no more than 24 hours later. In fact, I do not believe that I have ever waited that long for a report. My home had become invaded by unwanted pest that apparently had multiplied so I contacted Cook's and just to know that even though I was on a quarterly contract for extermination , that I could still call no matter how many times I needed to. They let me know I couldn't get insured ( still did termite control, just no bond ) I removed wood contact from ground to house like they told me. Learned only too late that these guys are a little more spendy than the competition, but that you get a little extra for that extra money. Went with them because the house had a previous contract and they gave $100 off. The customer service was outstanding – – very professional and patient from the initial contact through to the handful of service calls we have had so far. The gentleman who came out the first time to do the termite inspection and contract was super chill and the kind of person you would want to marry into your family. It's too soon to see about the success controlling outside pests, but we have confidence that they will make it right no matter what.

Well so far I've just had the mosquito spraying done today but I didn't feel like the tech used enough of the spray or fog is what I was told they would use . He did not get underneath and go upward , since he sprayed just for the mosquitoes, I've been eaten alive by them where as before , I wasn't getting eaten alive.
