Received Quarterly Termite inspection bill. Since it had not been done we called Cooks office, and was told that they had decided to only do it annually. We had no notice of this change since we were advised by Cooks that they had to be inspected quarterly. I took several das of calling before a supervisor called back and said they only needed to do it annually. Was NOT very polite nor customer service friendly. when we said that we may get other service quotes he said go ahead. We have been a long time Cooks customer but the service level here in Memphis has been going down. Not a happy customer now. Norm ===================================================== District Manager got involved and very professionally addressed out questions and concerns. The Company is great and the issues were only a communication gap. Plan to continue to be a customer and appreciate the positive response from management.

My neighbors dogs have fleas so bad that my indoor treated cats began having issues. Called on Friday morning, they were immediately here to confirm it was a flea issue, appointment set for Monday to do both house and yard. Cats had to be removed it took a day to get them a vet appt. tech texted and let me know he was on the way. Great customer service so far.

Your technicians are all knowledgeable, very polite and friendly. I feel as if our technician, Jacklynn, is my friend. She's quick and efficient about her work, but still greets me warmly and and asks how we are doing, in addition to asking if we have any pest problems. Our building is a large church building housing 2 congregations, 2 kitchens, a food pantry, etc. We never have bug problems and in the few cases we have had a rodent problem (there are lots of spaces a critter can get through in an old building) one phone call is all it takes. Cook's is here,usually the next day to take care of the problem. I know you handle much larger properties than ours, and I have no doubt that your service is exceptional in those as well. Your invoicing and payment process is quick and easy, which makes my job easier. Thank you, Cook's, for making pest control (which can be a stressful unpleasantness) an easy, breezy worry-free process.

They addressed EVERY issue, provided GREAT customer service, AND reduced my monthly rate for my pest contract. I am very pleased with Jerry, Debbie, and other helpful staff as well as my pest control guy, Chris. He will make take special care with the ant traps when my ants overrun my kitchen!
my wife and i had had a roach problem for the past several years. started out with a few at night near the sink. then, this year, it got worse. i tried the things i was told to try. nothing worked. called cook's. talked with the supervisor several times. set up a date and time. andrew came out. very clean and professional! i told him what type of roach. how it began. how the problem was now. i could see he knew exactly what i was talking about. he went out to his car. drew up a plan. came back in. told me. i knew right away i had to go with cook's!
