MATTHEW is outstanding! He has been the only technician from any pest control company that took the time to diagnose problems where wasps, yellow jackets, and other pests were coming through the flute at my home. When he rang my doorbell, the first thing that I noticed about him was that he put shoe covers on his shoes before he entered my home. His professionalism is exemplary. Most definitely 5 stars- He deserves 10 stars. 💙💚💛🧡❤️🩵💙💚🧡💙💚💛🧡🩷❤️💜🩵💙💚💛🧡🩷🩷💜🩷

Transitioned to Cooks from our previous company as it was bought out and the products were ineffective and service lackluster but cost the same. Cooks sales person that came to give cost and product info was very thorough in his job and answered all questions. Our tech did a thorough job and explained everything she did and why. The termite tech came almost at same time and did the same. He was here for several hours and did a meticulous job with termites plan. So, right now we are very pleased. If things she deteriorate I should be able to update my review. But for now we are please and one more thing...the communication with text reminders is wonderful.

Cook's Pest Control are real serious about keeping their families homes protected from all the destructive and potentially harmful pests that we here in West TN deal with, even the ones that are harmless, just creepy and just what we call them PESTS! And Chris our Pest Service Technician is 100% in every aspect of his job! His professional customer service and his overall friendliness is just exceptional! In fact a whole lot of people could use what Chris would probably call customer service 101! He has refined and tweaked his customer skills to beyond my expectations, and that is not an easy accomplishment! And their office professionals are kind, and compassionate people with a heart for the customer! So would we recommend Cooks Pest Control? As far as we are concerned there isn't any other Pest Control! "COOKS PEST CONTROL IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!"

Cooks product work. I have no issues with any pest since I started letting them treat my home. The price is good. My technician is wonderful. He know I work during their hours. So in order to treat the inside of my home he comes before I leave for work. How awesome is that.😎

I like them better than Terminix... I like that they revisited and checked my traps and even installed some that went missing since they were last here. I like that the guy that came was so nice and professional. I liked that I didn't have any indication of termites also.
Technician Joshua did an excellent job servicing the interior and exterior of my rental property. My pest control problems have decreased immensely since they started servicing my property. I would recommend Cooks to anyone with a pest control problem!
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH...
I couldn't go into my backyard due to a wasp infestation. Cook's was great. It was a battle, but they won. Service is always excellent. Technician is always attentive to our concerns. Great job Thanks Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
Cook's Pest Control is our #1 choice with such professional technicians. Thank you.
