Transitioned to Cooks from our previous company as it was bought out and the products were ineffective and service lackluster but cost the same. Cooks sales person that came to give cost and product info was very thorough in his job and answered all questions. Our tech did a thorough job and explained everything she did and why. The termite tech came almost at same time and did the same. He was here for several hours and did a meticulous job with termites plan. So, right now we are very pleased. If things she deteriorate I should be able to update my review. But for now we are please and one more thing...the communication with text reminders is wonderful.

These guys are great. They clean cobwebbs outside all around the house. We are in the country so we get outside rodent hotels around the house. We alternate between inside and outside. We never have any problems. If we do see a pest inside he is usually dead. They call or text a few days before they come and they are always there. They go above and beyond literally. My 87 yr old mom gave one of the guys a dead bug in a plastic baggie to see if it was a termite. It was not. These guys are awesome
