I had Cooks come out to my house yesterday for the first inspection/install. They sent Jake L., one of the kindest, most hardworking people I’ve ever met. Jake was telling me how in-depth the training is at Cooks and how much he’s learned since starting there last November. I can tell how much he values his position at Cooks and how proud he is to have their logo on his shirt. It goes to show how great a company like Cooks is. They care about developing their people and it shows through their work. If I ran my own company, I’d hire Jake in a heartbeat

Since the first treatment I gone from having wasps and other myriad bugs get into my room, to not seeing but a single cockroach in the last six months, but it had already succumbed to the treatment and died in the middle of my floor. He calls me the day before he service my home, he notifies me when he is route to my house and if I’m not at home I let him in to service the inside. He tells me when to lock the door back. When I initially purchased my home, I had Terminix as my pest control service. I had an absolutely terrible experience with them: no call no shows, constantly trying to upsell, still a bunch of bugs in my home. After a few no call, no shows I decided to contact Cook's and it was a wonderful decision! My first technician's name was Roscoe and I was immediately impressed with how knowledgable he was (he was also super personable and told me all about him growing up in this neighborhood and how much it's changed). That was about a year ago and I am still super happy with my service! I have hardly seen any bugs in my home this summer which is nearly unheard of in GA. If you're thinking about switching, DO IT!!

Excellent service and very professional! I had shopped around with top pest control companies in the Atlanta area and received price quotes without an inspection which automatically raised concern. I was even called back by on company and offered a completely different price, again without an inspection. Cook's Pest Control prices were hard to beat and inspection was very thourgh. In fact, quote was given only after inspection was completed. Inspection was free and there was no pressure to buy right away. I called them for a bug problem one day and had someone at my house the next day to talk with me and come up with a plan. The sales person was friendly and helpful with what it would cost. 2 days later the tech was out and walked me through everything he did and scheduled another visit with me. Both men was friendly and very professional. I talked to other companies before going with them and I have to say the most friendly of the other 2. I talked with Arrow and Northwestern.
