Overall, I am pleased with my service from Cooks. I have lived in my home for 7 years and never had a problem with critters of any kind...bugs? spiders, or mice. Recently, I saw two bugs in the master bathroom. I called them. They came the next day and sprayed the entire house.. no charge. I have heard it is a pricey system to start. Fortunately for me, the previous owners setup the system. All I had to do was continue the service being rendered. But it is worth it. They do a good job. It has been a good relationship.

Our technician Dylan is wonderful! He is always punctual and professional. He texts to let us know when he is coming and he is always careful around children and pets. He addresses any issues that we have and he asks if we need anything else before leaving. He is always polite and informed regarding the pest control routines.
