Cooks comes once a month, they check traps, clean around the doors outside and sometimes inside for spider webs. Spray bug spray around base of the house, windows and doors and will put traps inside the garage and in the attic. They call the day before to set up a time. All goes well.

Cook's Pest Control does pest control for me.
They come out on a monthly basis. I have a monthly contract with them. I really like them. Scot Schilling is my representative. If I have an issue with mice, he will come out and set a trap. I have dogs so, he will call in advance and let me know when he is coming. He will work around my schedule. I will continue to use him.

I have a two-year contract for termites and other critters. I pay them quarterly. As far as I know they are doing a great job. I haven't had any more problems with termites or too many bugs. They guarantee their work. If termites ever do come back they will leave everything in the original condition. Their prices are about average; they are not cheap but they are not expensive. I will probably continue to use them.

Just top notch service in every way. We have regular coverage through Cooks and had to make a few modifications to our service due to medical issues and they enthusiastically rolled with the punches. Phillip, our representative is friendly, professional and knows his stuff. We've been a customer for a little over 2 years now and have been pleased with the results, the cost and that we don't have mice in the attic any more. 10/10
