He went out of his way to let me know exactly what he was doing. For example, finding the number one sensor and checking all of my other devices. He was great at communicating, and a pleasure to talk to.. He alleviated all my fears about having termites and gave me some great advice about keeping mulch from touching the house. He's an asset to Cook's. YC

We use Cook's for our normal quarterly pest control. Recently, we had a guest stay with us, who was later found to have bed bugs. Kevin, our normal service technician, was able to give extra attention to some specific rooms for us to give us peace of mind. Thankfully, there were no bed bug issues for us to worry about. Cooks continues to service our property, including a large home and two outbuildings.

Cook's employ top-notched technicians that know their jobs and the company's mission. They are responsible, professional and very caring. Before they depart from your residence, they will make absolutely sure that you're happy with the services that was provided. And, if a few days pass and pests reappear, just give them a call and they'll come back and fix the problem. My Cooks technician is Mike. Mike exceeded my expectations, which were already high. He took time to reset more deeply about five bait traps where I had moved dirt to plant new grass. He explained all that he was doing and why. He showed me where some evidence of termites was. He took time to examine all indoor and outdoor spaces for evidence of termites…fortunately he found no evidence. Mike is an excellent technician! He is main reason I recommend Cooks.

I have been using Cooks Pest Control for about 9 mths now and I am very pleased with the service and products provided. My neighbor recommended them when we told them about our spider and ant problem that had suddenly emerged. I called and they can out to inspect/treat our home in a couple days! The technician was very nice and explained all the questions I had about the products he was using. Thankfully, within a couple days we were noticing more dead spiders and NONE alive(which meant it was working)! We get our house treated every 3 mths now for a great low price and I have not had ANY issues with live spiders! We did have one visit from some ants but I called Cooks Pest Control and they came out the next day and treated the area where they were entering and we’ve not seen any since! I am so glad we called and set up the quarterly treatments.

A bit of a roller coaster at first dealing with Cook's Pest Control but in the end they came through. Called about continuing termite treatment the previous owner had established with them. Couple of hiccups with the supervisor who came to bait our traps, but Joe (came to scan traps in) and Mario (came to do some carpenter bee treatment) were both amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and answered all our rookie questions. Have to say that Mario was one of the best service people we have ever met and we will ask for him for any future treatments. Even got a follow up call from a manager, Jeremy, to make sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. Happy with our termite and bee treatments. Have contracts established to ensure they are watching over our property and that gives us great peace of mind. Thanks to the Cook team!

Have contracts established to ensure they are watching over our property and that gives us great peace of mind. Thanks to the Cook team!

Cook's technicians are very good at communicating on their upcoming service and that is appreciated because I usually forget. They are conscientious on their approach with the bugs. This time they even sprayed for ticks in the yard. And they have great bug/snake/critter stories to tell, which I love. Their office staff is also attentive and responsive.

Their products are great! Since using Cook’s Pest Control I haven’t seen any ants or spiders in our house. We also have their termite control Sentricon system and haven’t seen a single termite! The best part of having Cook’s pest control is their friendly and professional technicians. Mathew came out to service our house and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products used and the pests that are being eliminated. He was very thorough about spraying around our house. He also made sure all cobwebs and wasp nest were off our house before he left. I would recommend Cook’s Pest Control to service anyone’s house and yard!

Cooks is a great company and my technician Brad did a great job with communicating the great value I receive every service. I’m not particularly happy that Brad’s boss made him come all the way back out here for the annual inspection. It could have waited till the next service. Brad is a very good technician.
