I had an issue with roaches that got in the house, and kudzu bugs that were slipping under my back door. Pests problems were eliminated after the 1st treatment. They placed spikes that go in the ground and set up a perimeter around the house. Great job guys. Thanks! I tried with store- bought bug treatments but they weren't strong enough

My Cooks technician is Mike. Mike exceeded my expectations, which were already high. He took time to reset more deeply about five bait traps where I had moved dirt to plant new grass. He explained all that he was doing and why. He showed me where some evidence of termites was. He took time to examine all indoor and outdoor spaces for evidence of termites…fortunately he found no evidence. Mike is an excellent technician! He is main reason I recommend Cooks.

I have been using Cooks Pest Control for about 9 mths now and I am very pleased with the service and products provided. My neighbor recommended them when we told them about our spider and ant problem that had suddenly emerged. I called and they can out to inspect/treat our home in a couple days! The technician was very nice and explained all the questions I had about the products he was using. Thankfully, within a couple days we were noticing more dead spiders and NONE alive(which meant it was working)! We get our house treated every 3 mths now for a great low price and I have not had ANY issues with live spiders! We did have one visit from some ants but I called Cooks Pest Control and they came out the next day and treated the area where they were entering and we’ve not seen any since! I am so glad we called and set up the quarterly treatments.

Cooks is a great company and my technician Brad did a great job with communicating the great value I receive every service. I’m not particularly happy that Brad’s boss made him come all the way back out here for the annual inspection. It could have waited till the next service. Brad is a very good technician.

I’m so appreciate of Cook’s. They have really been very responsive to my needs from wasps nests, bees and spiders. When I have had an concerns & call them they have been Johnny on the spot. They call to let me know when they are going to come or just to check to make sure I don’t have any concerns. Send me my receipts via e-mail. With the spring season falling upon us, my yard needed major work. Fire ants and lady bugs had taken over! Cooks was able to provide immediate impeccable service so that my lawn can shine for all my neighbors to see! I highly recommend them!
