I had written several good reviews which I deleted because of one bad experience. However, thar bad experience has been corrected. My opion of cooks pest control has went back to my original opion. They are a company of integrity and you can count on them to do a good job or correct anything that may not be to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them. I would like to delete my previous poor review but it will not let me. God bless
I called several companies to provide termite control for my home. Cooks was reasonable, professional, and conscientious of the work they did. The salesman as well as the service technicians respected what they do and showed respect to me. I feel I made the right choice in choosing Cooks.
The technician's communication before and during the appointment was perfect. They kept us advised of the arrival time, was extremely knowledgeable about the trade, and gave us a full description of the service before beginning and in a manner that was understandable. Answered all of our questions and gave us a summary of the observations after the service.

I have been using Cook's for over 2 years for termite protection and a bug barrier of sorts. I would recommend them to anyone and actually do ever chance I get. The technicians that come are polite and always let me know before they arrive. I have had many good experiences with this company.

We contract Cook's for monthly pest control.
Cook's provides great service. We have not had any problems inside the house since they started treatment almost two years ago. Sam and Aaron have taken care of us since we signed on with them. They call to let us know when they will be out, and they always ask if we are having any issues. They are very thorough and they talk with us about any issues they find. They tell us what they have done and discuss any additional services we might need. Communication is so important when people provide services and these guys are great about that. I guess that is what makes them so successful.

Cook Pest Control serviced my house. They came out yesterday. They do insect control and also provide termite protection.
They charge $600 annually for termite and monthly insect control. They do outside, but they do inside if there is a problem inside. I didn't shop for the price, but it is reasonable.

They are prompt and do what they say they are going to do. Cooks came to our rescue! West Knox Utility worked on a sewer line behind my neighbors house. Within two day we were infested with RATS! I called Cooks and explained the situation. I needed them ASAP! That was at 8:00am they arrived before 12 noon. Sam Hucksley was assigned to our house. He was very respectful and went to work. The next day he stopped by the house to check on the progress. He is awesome! Sam would stop by the house at least once a week to check the progress. It has now been about a month and we are rat free. It's hard to find service like that. We will be a loyal customer to Cooks and Sam for life.

They come once a month. If you see something a week a later after they spray they will come back and spray at no charge because they guarantee their services. They put ant baits in yard to keep insects away from house. Their spray solution is non toxic and odorless to humans and animals. I called after hours on the 30th, the lady told me they were closed for the day, and all the technicians left at 5, at 7:30 someone called me and gave me an estimate for the work. They were supposed to be here at 10 and they showed up on time. Very professional and nice. I also really like that they use the same technician every time, it does not change. They are up front with the cost, and there is no hidden costs associated. I look forward to using their services.

He then took off his overalls and boots to come inside and show me everything he found and what it all meant. He didnt leave a spec of dirt in the house. His car was spotless and everything was nicely arranged. He could explain all the chemicals and what they did and how they are applied. Within a year I had no termites, and according to him if you live in Tennessee you have termites. He was good.
