He was very professional, very friendly, and happy to help with the issue I was having. He even informed me of another issue he saw, that I didn't realize I had, giving suggestions on ways to combat it. Quick to let me know if I had any other issues to give him a call and he would come back out. I would highly recommend Mr. Spence for your pest control issues. Overall, we have been happy with Cook's as our pest control service over the last year and a half.

We called out Cooks Pest after a rough call put in to Terminex. We started our experience with them about 1 week ago. We had a terrible field mice infestation, roaches, and a fear of the return of termites in an old 1980s built house. So far, all of my techs have been absolutely wonderful. From our termite team to our regular team. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, the plans they had have worked wonders in a very short amount of time, and they listened very intently to all of my concerns and did not belittle me on my prior knowledge. Im no expert, but i spent a lot of time researching roaches and mice for my old home in florida, as we couldnt afford an exterminator there. They listened intently, gave me new knowledge and ideas that were personalized to us and our home, and truely took care of our family. Paying special attention to keeping my 2 year old little girl and our 10 year old dog safe in the process. There is a reason Cooks has been in business for 95 years, they have earned a new customer for life. Special shoutout to Abigail in the office, Alex and Brett from the termite team, and Blake from the pest team. Our service has been nothing shy of perfection from the very first phone call. I have no suggestions on how to improve, because in my book, there was zero room for improvement on this one. As a customer service worker for 8 years, I am a tough critic, and they have wowed me beyond compare. Thank you cooks pest control teams and termite teams for taking care of our home like their own! Edit to add: it has now been several months since we started with cooks, our mice problem is COMPLETELY eradicated. Blake and his crew kept on the mice very aggressively and now our home is officially mice free! There are a few stragglers with roaches and fleas, but those have severely diminished in numbers as well. Our home is on the right track to being pest free. We couldn't be happier with our service. Also, one of the best parts, it's very very affordable. Our termite team runs on a monthly payment of less than 70$ and our pest team runs on a quarterly fee (every 3 months) of less than 115$. If your considering calling a pest company, don't wait. Call cooks today and you won't be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I use Cook's Pest Control for all of my pest problems. I use them for termite coverage and general pest coverage. You pay based on your home size and such. You can bundle your services and save through a combination discount, too! Their pest control service is, by far, superior to anything I have ever had before. They come out monthly and clean off cobwebs and such from the outside of the house, and they tackle the usual preventative pest treatments. They come out when needed, too, free of charge for the plan I have if we have issues with pests (covered in our plan). The first pest treatment is extremely thorough, as well, as they go through the house inside and out and do everything necessary that first time. We also have their termite protection: after your first inspection, and you pay to start the service and it is setup and working... they offer repair insurance!!! If the termites manage to get to your house past their awesome termite bait system.. they have insurance to make the repairs to your house if termites damage it!! After you pay for the install of the termite system in full (I financed through them), there is a set annual cost to keep them maintaining the system, doing inspections and keeping the insurance going. They use the best termite bait system, as I can tell. They also are very safe and conservative on the install as they go closer distances between the bait traps (at least as far as I can tell in my case). Their technicians are friendly and professional. They always call and talk to you about the appointments. All in all, I am very happy that we went with Cook's Pest Control. It is worth every last cent.

Hired Cook's to treat for a carpenter bee infestation. They were prompt with the treatment but it took some time to get them to return to fill the holes. My regular Cook's technician was here last week to retreat and fill. Very professional and so far, no more bees!

We had also bought automatic vent and initially we had a little bit of difficulty getting them to come out and finish one that was hard to get to, but they did make it right. They are really friendly and claim to be a Christian based company.
We use Cook's Pest Control. They were here yesterday. We have been using them only for three months. They come out monthly.
They do a real good job. They are very respectful of our home; they wear their little bootees when they come inside. They are very thorough and use only approved chemicals for pest control. They identify areas that need to be attended to outside their expertise for example they found a water leak when they were inspecting underneath the house and I had it taken care of. They are committed and thorough. They were recommended to us by my wife's sister and she has been using them for years. Their price is competitive. We will continue to use them in the future.
