Today Cook's came out for termite service. The young gentleman was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the downstairs rooms on a slab, the crawl space, the garage and walked the perimeter to check the termite bait traps and replaced any that needed new bait. I was very pleased with his customer and professional service.

All I have to say is cooks pest control and their team are knowledgeable, kind, on time, hard working and approachable. I had experienced a termite swarm in my living room which was terrifying. I called and the next day I had an inspector at my home. Jose* called to let me know he was coming and at what time as well as texting me to let me know he was on the way. I was totally freaked out and my concerns were heard and I was given lots of knowledge on the situation and how they could resolve it. This really helped me and my kids be reassured. A thorough inspection was done. He found the problem and even showed me where and what they looked like. We got everything situated that day. It was also very well priced considering what I thought it was going to be. He went above and beyond and let me know about some things I needed to get fixed in my crawl space as well. I would have had no clue. Preventative maintenance is better than it’s broke maintenance. The next day I contacted Jose* and he got me directly to the termite supervisor Crimson*. He called me in ten minutes asked if he could send his people and they were at my house. Bailey* and Alex* explained everything to me, got right to business, checked my living room then set up the termite materials. They were very thorough in checking my living room wall. While also talking to me the entire time. My kids came home and they saw Alex and Bailey* and it was very reassuring for them. They checked the perimeter and crawl space after setting up the termite bases outside. They let me know if anything happened to give a call and they’d be out to check it out.

One a Friday before my daughter’s bridal shower I was stung by hornets mowing the yard. Cook’s came the next morning to take care of it before guests arrived the next day! Cook’s also rescued me when I had termites swarm into my bedroom and my husband was out of town. There was a huge soft spot in my window sill near my bed! Mark from Cook’s came over and signed us up for termite service, explained exactly how the poison worked. (I hate to kill anything) and even caulked my window for my peace of mind. After service, while some stations are “active”, termites never came in again!

Roaches and ants have been gone for years, and termites have never had a chance to get a foothold. Alabama is a buggy place… Cook’s makes it livable. Insects have their place in the local biome, but NOT in my house. I used standard hygienic protocols but I would still find them. Cook’s eliminated them.

For two years I had been dealing with a roach problem, although I had been receiving monthly service from another company. After switching to Cook's, I could tell a difference after the first visit. Cook's agreed to come back every few weeks and treat my house until the problem was resolved. After the second visit, I could see a major difference. I recently had my third visit from Cook's. So far I haven't seen any more roaches. They have been able to address my issue and take care of it. And if I do happen to see any more roaches, I have no doubt they would respond quickly and address it. I've been very satisfied. I get a quick response everytime.I can't say that the products for ants work all that well. Their constantly on the property or in the house. My tech has used bait stations and sprayed. Not sure if the granular is for ants at all but it's in the cycle. They've just been bad this year.

We spend quite a bit of money with Cook's, but their service is excellent, and when I find any vermin. from ants to mice, they are there immediately to address the situation. Obviously, you get what you pay for, and we are happy with them.

I like the service and the men who do the work. Being on a fixed income it's hard to keep up with the increases in the cost for this service. I don't believe it has ever taken more than 15 minutes to knock down the cob webs and spread granules around the foundation. That's for the monthly service. Then, the quarterly service has to be paid and the capper is the annual termite treatment is yet another cost.I would hope that there should be a valued customer discount to help seniors and retired veterans . I talked the elderly lady across the street to go with Cooks but every month she talks about can we get the service cheaper. I tell her I would check.Any help for charges would be welcomed. We have just recently switched to Cook's after using another large pest control company and our experience has been great! Aaron is an awesome technician! He is polite, punctual, and efficient in his duties. He is also very responsive whenever we have an issue and is quick to correct it. If you're looking for a pest control company that will give you your money's worth or are ready to ditch the other guys, give Cook's a try!
Jeremy is a great technician, very patient and compassionate. This trait is especially important since we work from home vs office half the week and are engaged in Team meetings nonstop. His patience with our home barrier treatment was indispensable and he paid attention to detail, respecting our concerns and worries about wasp season (we are allergic). A++ service
We wouldn't use anyone but Cook's Pest Control. We've never had a problem since using them.
All I have to say is cooks pest control and their team are knowledgeable, kind, on time, hard working and approachable. I had experienced a termite swarm in my living room which was terrifying. I called and the next day I had an inspector at my home. Jose* called to let me know he was coming and at what time as well as texting me to let me know he was on the way. I was totally freaked out and my concerns were heard and I was given lots of knowledge on the situation and how they could resolve it. This really helped me and my kids be reassured. A thorough inspection was done. He found the problem and even showed me where and what they looked like. We got everything situated that day. It was also very well priced considering what I thought it was going to be. He went above and beyond and let me know about some things I needed to get fixed in my crawl space as well. I would have had no clue. Preventative maintenance is better than its broke maintenance. The next day I contacted Jose* and he got me directly to the termite supervisor Crimson*. He called me in ten minutes asked if he could send his people and they were at my house. Bailey* and Alex* explained everything to me, got right to business, checked my living room then set up the termite materials. They were very thorough in checking my living room wall. While also talking to me the entire time. My kids came home and they saw Alex and Bailey* and it was very reassuring for them. They checked the perimeter and crawl space after setting up the termite bases outside. They let me know if anything happened to give a call and theyd be out to check it out.
