Well done young man. The office staff did call to let me know when their associate would be out to the house, which was nice, as I work from home and cannot always get to the door if in a mtg. If you're lucky enough to get him, he does a very thorough job and really takes care of the summer ant problems we sometimes have on the porch and outside patio. He takes care of all the cobwebs from spiders trying to make my windows and siding look ready for Halloween a few months too early! Lol! He's extremely personable, friendly, and listens to any new issues you may have. He even thinks about doing the inside of the house before the outside so that he's not sweaty and carrying in any dirt or pesticide on his shoes so that my animals stay safe from it. He's amazing! And if all the techs are like him, this is the company that I will continue to use until I leave Alabama!

Since termites are subterranean, live and breed below ground this makes sense as a very effective method of treatment and prevention of future termite invasion. The cobwebs (around windows, light fixtures, and along drain pipes on sides and backyard of house)!!! I just LOVE that you take care of that! And the hornets nests (that begin to start in my front porch foyer ceiling)... you always put a stop to those and dispose of them right away! I also love the ANIMAL- FRIENDLY insecticide! Of course I have my babies inside while our tech is here and for about 30 min after, to let the sun dry it all. Lastly, it's been one whole summer (or 2-- I've forgotten if we had this problem last summer AT ALL... since it's probably really been a few years now) that we've been ant- FREE in the house... from wherever they were traveling in from (and we just had new windows and doors installed almost 5 yrs ago and still had the problem)!!! We have 4 dogs and a cat, so between our animals' bowls, they used to have a field day... and we even got elevated feeding bowl stands (Amazon ).I've been a long-term, and VERY happy client... and there's good reason for that (5+ yrs)! I get the trimonthly service and termite protection services (house built in 1985), and I couldn't be happier. The techs will text you when they're stopping by soon and ask if there are any concerns or issues that need taken care of. We can never get to the corner gutter in front of the house, but they can. ALL the techs I've had over the years are very friendly, very professional and completely unjudgemental (if you need service inside on a "lazy day"... or week, and the house is not really guest- ready 狼). But I would very much like it if they didn't leave their advertisement signs in my front yard. It may give the neighbors the wrong idea we have a roach or pest problem that we can't seem to get rid of. I don't like anyone's signage in my yard (not even for ADT... or my favorite political candidate... or a pride flag because I'm all- accepting and inclusive NOT because I'm a homosexual or "play for other teams"). This is not a home where we publicly broadcast anything on our lawn... except maybe for birthdays or big anniversaries.If this helps you to make an educated guess, call and get an estimate for your home, and give my comment a thumbs up! Cooks made their 1st visit on a Thursday, & ALL the rats were gone by Sunday! This is the typical work order I receive from my tech at Cook's. "Today I swept the eaves, windows, and doors to remove webs and wasp nests. Also, I inspected, cleaned and baited the ant stations around your home. I made a liquid application to the exterior perimeter (1 foot up and 3 feet out to the landscaped area) and made a spot treatment to the concrete areas." The technicians are very thorough and friendly. Excellent service at reasonable prices. If I ever have any problems, they will be my first call.

I really like the courteous service I get from my Cook's technician, Dakota. He always lets me know he is coming out the next day to ensure it is convenient for me. He listens and answers my questions about any insects I see around, and I love that he sweeps the eaves, soffits and light fixtures. I have all my outside lights on timers and this really helps keep down the bugs and webs around my house. This is why I don't want to go to the quarterly service that he offered me recently. Personal opinion: I do appreciate the professional appearance of each technician; however, I think it is time to start allowing well-kept beards, mustaches, and facial hair in your personal appearance policy. It's 2020. Not even banks require a man to be clean-shaven anymore. Thanks for the great service!

Michael, at the North Huntsville office, my mosquito technician, is the best. He came out last week to treat for mosquitos and I continued to have issues. He came out again and retreated and found where my issue may have been coming from. He treated extra in that area. As he was leaving he noticed wasp building a nest. Tldr; Pros: - seems to be very knowledgeable and we'll equipped to deal with a wide range of pests. - prices aren't bad for the service and they provide multiple ways of paying. - staff is always friendly and polite when they come out. - their terminate plan is amazing and provides some insurance should something go wrong. Cons: - they usually put a sign up when they do a service but I think this is also to protect walkers by and the like so it's a necessary evil. Prompt service when you call them. The staff and employees are always polite and friendly when they come out. The prices aren't too bad for the monthly services if you bundle them together and take care of multiple things at once. You always have access to your technician if something does pop up or you want to make changes to your service which is nice.

After the horrific experience I had with Terminix even before I got their service, I decided to give Cook's a try, again... We had their service when we moved in back in the early 2000's and they were very decent back then. However I decided to do it myself and as always ran out of time to do it or it became to much of a chore... fast forward to 2019. Since the first call they were polite, courteous and provided above par service. Always there when you need them and always willing to explain and show what they are doing. Very respectful of myself and of my property. These guys (and gals) know Pest Control. Furthermore they always follow up with a phone call to ensure you are satisfied. Bottom Line: You get what you pay for.

I was outside Greek g out because I saw a huge snake. Pictures attached. I didn't feel horrible about it just a scary situation. I was able to flag him down while riding in my neighborhood servicing the area. We looked for it and didn't find it then even it reappeared he was different helpful in helping me capture it. They are not afraid to take the time to talk and give free tips and tricks that I can do myself to help control all kinds of pests, not just the ones they treat for.
