I made a desperate phone call to Cooks after seeing those large brown roaches in our home. Tanya came promptly, asked us a few questions and immediately began treating our home. She was the most thorough, conscientious and professional pest control tech we have ever had! She didn't leave until she had treated our entire home--basement, attic, and 2 floors; and then moved on to the outdoors where she continued to treat for our issue. We have not seen a roach since her visit! She knows her profession and I have been wonderfully pleased.

They are great. Great communication and do not have any problems with bugs except flies outside which not much can be done about that I am told. We had a horrible ant problem in the house which has completely abated. They also installed and serve the termite traps which has not been a problem again. Been with these nice people for almost 20 years.

I don't think I can say enough good things about the people of Cook's. After all I don't do business with a company, it's with the people, i.e. the person that answers the phone (and it's a person!), the technicians and the managers. I thought I had a problem and I expressed that in a survey response. I got an email and a phone call from Jesse Ferguson. He took ownership of the problem immediately. That's why I said I thought I had a problem. Not once in my interaction with Mr. Ferguson did he offer a reason or excuse. He took it and fixed it. After that I called the office because I saw some pests. Again, it was not my problem but Cook's. Our technician, Blake, came to my home in short order. He treated for the pests I mentioned and then some. Overkill? I hope so! No only that, Blake sent me an email and text to make sure I call if there are further issues for Cook's Pest Control to resolve. What I'm trying to convey is that Cook's Pest Control takes my pest problems and makes them go away. Isn't that all anyone ever wants? Thank you Cook's and by that I mean the people of Cook's! Updated March of 2022 I still love Cook's for my pest elimination. I see the Cook's technician and I don't see bugs. July 2022 Still loving Cook’s. January 2023 Still the same great service. Not disappointed. April 2023 Still happy.

Thank you BRETT for such outstanding service. You went above and beyond and for that you are FIVE star! While driving on the side of the road my tire ripped and I didn’t have a jack or a spare. I was slowly driving on the side of the road to go to the tire shop about five miles ahead. Brett made a u-turn, offered to let me use his spare tire, but it didn’t fit. He then very graciously jacked up my car assisted with taking off the tire, drove me to the tire shop to get a new one and then drove me back to my car. Brett explained to me he got clearance from his supervisor to assist me. His company believes in helping others even if they are not current customers. The price is very competitive for monthly service, less than many others. Chris always calls in advance to let us know he's coming so we can corral our dogs, he does a thorough job and pays extra attention to knock down wasp nests, and even though he has to travel up the mountain to service us and others in the area, if it's raining he's fine with coming another day. I have to agree. I have used them for years too. They come out right away in between visits if something starts up too. Only had that problem once though.
