Best company yet. My grandparents used them for so so many years and when they went to heaven my husband and I were gifted their house so we kept using them too. They have always listened to all my concerns and addressed them everytime. We had a bad problem with tons of spiders and webs on our carport and they met all expectations. No more webs hitting us in the face as we walk out at night n havent seen not one spider. I also like how they text u a few days before service to ask if I have any concerns that need addressed. I cant think of another company who does that and on time every 3 months as well. If u need pest control Cooks should be ur first call.

Best pest control service I’ve ever experienced. They have a great policy of coming back if pests are still coming in the home. This our first time in a home with a crawl space and these Alabama bugs are relentless. Another added bonus is that you get the same person consistently unless it is a callback and they aren’t available. They may send someone else on the team. The staff seems very knowledgeable and it brings me ease knowing our home is being taken care of by professionals.

We are regular customers of Cook's in 2 homes and a business. We had a yellow jackets nest in our wall. I called them after we had tried everything. A supervisor, didn't catch his name, called me the next day. He said he had another supervisor with him and was on his way. I wasn't home so they just went to work. The. Bees. Are. Gone!!! The guy I spoke with sounded like a person who loved his job. He was actually "jolly" to be coming to fix our problem!! Thank you to those 2 supervisors!! Excellent response, excellent service and a wonderful attitude. He told me he'd be on vacation Monday and Tuesday but I sure hope someone in the Gadsden office will pass this along to him when he returns.

Since we've been using Cooks our mosquito problem has almost completely stopped. We can sit outside without any repellent and very rarely are bitten. This is pretty extraordinary since we live on a lake in the South. Besides the effective service the customer service is top notch. I am able to schedule the appointment in advance so I can make certain someone is home and my pets are confined. This may not sound like a big deal but trying to catch 2 Jacks that are outside the fence is pretty sporty to say the least.

I just hired cooks today. Ive rated this experience 5 star for now BECAUSE!! This dude named PATON JONES!! He came to do the work. Well 3 hours later he was still at my house!!! He did every single thing possible to explain what and why he was doing certain things. I had sooo many ant beds he went out of his way to ensure he got them all! Unbelievable customer service from this guy! I sure hope he is blessed and recognized in his job! He was very passionate about what he does.
