Highly Recommended! I did not realize how much my previous exterminator was cutting corners until I made the switch. Pedro is so thorough, and he's personable and very kind to all of my animals. My cats love him, and he greets each one of them when he enters the home. One of my cats is obsessed with him and follows him to watch from each window when he's completing the exterior pest service. All of the technicians and managers I've met from this office have gone above and beyond. One time I had a "pest emergency" on the Friday afternoon before a 3 day weekend and one of the managers left his desk to come help me because they were fully booked. This company truly cares about their customers! A+
