I could have selected all of the options as Kristian was a great face to the company. I am not gonna lie, I don’t have monthly/quarterly pest service as many of the technicians were not accommodating or rude or didn’t go the “extra mile” with the service. However, the termite side of the business is fantastic and the other technicians could learn from them on how to do an amazing job, be accommodating and actually friendly. Adam M.

Prompt, courteous and professional, our pest control team has supported us for the 5 years we've owned our home. Our home is set back on heavily wooded acreage, but Cook's has done an exemplary job at stopping the bugs outside our home. Our technicians always call to let us know when they are coming. Always positive and upbeat, their friendly disposition is always welcome. Highly recommended for someone looking for excellent pest protection.

Cook's was recommended by a friend and we have been incredibly pleased with the outcome. I was skeptical when I saw they had nearly perfect reviews, but I understand why now. We had a significant pest issue before calling and now I might see one per month. The prices are reasonable but more importantly they offered to visit again between appointments at no cost. Very good company with very good results.

Cook's Pest Control uses pet-friendly products. This has to be the number one thing for me. If it's not safe for my doggies, after drying of course, then it's not going to be around my house. Their employees are always curtious and kind. They answer any questions I may have and are willing to come back in-between visits if I have a problem. I have been using them for years! I've only had to call them back one time. It was for invasive Ants! Coming through the cracks of the roof down my walls. This is nothing anyone could prevent. They took care of the problem just the same. I highly recommend them. I've never been dissatisfied.
Ryan Parish

Grant was the guy who did our service this time around. He sent me a text message on Thursday March 9th stating he would be doing the service on Monday March 13th which gave me plenty of heads up to have arrangements for my dog to be put up. I work as a HVAC installer and just like him I'm gone most of the day everyday making it hard to get the inside service done when y'all come out. I gave him my garage code so he could get inside and spray since I had my dog put up. Grants communication was really awesome, especially when you have two working parents who aren't at home during the work week. Shout out to Mr. Grant for getting us taken care of! Give him a kudos for real. He deserves it!
Jennifer S

I had Cook's come out and give me a quote. They were EXTREMELY professional. They also had the best price around. They have since come out a few times and performed their monthly service. I am very happy I hired them and would do it again in a heartbeat. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

We loved the service received from John. He was more than just a “pest control guy”. We built a relationship with him, trusted him in our home, and my husband always enjoyed talking with him when he was over to spray. He was always super friendly and professional. Whenever John wasn’t available to service our home, the person(s) who came out and serviced have been very friendly and professional as well. I will definitely recommend to neighbors and friends who are in need of pest control.

These folks are super nice! Starting with the first day I called. I hate calling places and they answer the phone in another state. These local people seem to appreciate the business. I'll check back on my review and let you know how the service is and if they got rid of our problem.

My mother has had their services for 5+ years - termite protection, pest control, & mosquito control. She's always felt at peace with all her technicians & has been very pleased with the value of the service she receives. So I decided to give them a try & my experience has been no different than her's. I've since recommended them to numerous friends & family folks- I mean Who doesn't like people to treat you even better than you expect!?

We have had Cook's Pest control for almost 6 years. We love it. The technicians have been great about asking questions and exceeding expectations. Today, I got home and our technician treated our house. He left a door hanger with doggie treats in the bag for our fur baby. The customer service is great, as well. If we need to call the office, I get to speak with nice people based in Dothan, Alabama. Highly recommend them!
