We recently contacted Cook's Pest Control for termite protection, for our house. They promptly sent someone out to inspect the house and tell us what they offered. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they would not need to dump gallons of termite poison into the ground, but have a system of baits that are place around the house, and which the termites carry home......to kill the colony. Both service and installation team members were friendly, helpful and pleasant to interact with!

I moved here one year ago. I was not familiar with the local insects since I am from California and we didn’t have a lot of bugs. First time I saw a mouse running down my hallway I called Cook’s. The first technician was Jason and he found out that during the installation of my new air conditioning unit the hole going into the house was wide open to any rodent or bugs going by. Jason took care of everything and I’ve had no more problems. I love the sticky traps I also received to catch bugs that came in the door when you leave it open. Ooops!

This year I have none of those things. The service technician pre-schedules with me and he's very nice. He tells me exactly what he is doing and has been very efficient. He spent a good amount of time studying our situation before just spraying everything the way I've seen other companies work. To me he was a young boy but he was up in his twenties. He seemed to know what and where to look. Then he made a plan and worked it at least that's how it seemed to me. I feel the need to impress how nice and genuine everyone has been. Time will tell if they kill bugs. We bought this house about a year and a half ago. No bugs at first then slowly they started showing up one by one. I can deal with about anything except bugs in my house. If I want bugs I'll go outside.

Great! I haven’t seen but a couple wolf spiders says using Cooks. The last service technician did a very thorough spraying inside and out of my home. I did have some issues in the past with the service due to my regular technician (Chris absolutely awesome and very thorough) changing routes. Other technicians came out not knowing the schedule that I needed for my service due to my job schedule and the technician was never able to come inside of my home and that is where the majority of the problems were. The manager called and he quickly rectified the issue. Things are now back on track and they have a technician that is aware of my needed times to schedule service I would recommend cooks.

I like the thoroughness of the technician (Jason), he sweeps corners for spider webs in my garage and around the corners of my house, he checks the bait stations and replaces any sticky pads that need to be replaced. Also, if I see something that needs to be re-addressed, he has no problem returning and fully taking care of the issue. I have not found anything that I dislike about the service I have received over the last 16 years.

I was surprised to know that I had termites. I've never experienced it before, so I didn't know the signs. When I saw these flying ant things in my kitchen (a swarm) over a couple of days, I headed to the internet. That's when I found my nightmare. I called two places for help, and I chose Cook's over a competitor, because the process seemed easier. In fact, the competitor said that the Sentricon doesn't work. I must say, the Sentricon worked. Fast. The staff at Cook's were quick about the process of diagnosing to setting up the baits. Within 90 days or less, the infestation ended. To this day, I continue the service, for I never want to go through that again.

We have been using them for four years. We are just happy with the service, the people that come, and the results of work. They are just a good company that we have been happy with. They are wonderful. The cost is $37 a month for the pest control and the termites is about a $100 a quarter for the termite control.
We have been using Cook's Pest Control for about seven years. They come monthly. They spray the perimeter of the house, the check the bait station and knock down cobwebs around the house. And then every so many months they come inside and do a check inside.
They are local. They are consistent and if I need them to come back for some reason, they do. They back-up their work if there is a problem.

I keep going back to them because they're timely. The exterminator from Cook's Pest Control comes in every month and calls me and lets me know he's coming. I like to know when he's coming so that I will let the pets out. The company calls periodically and asks if service is still satisfactory.

My Cook's guy came on the pre-scheduled time promptly. He asked me where the problem areas were in and around my home. He dusted the eaves to knock down spider webs and any wasps nests that were forming. He was very polite and courteous and friendly with my dog. He also crawled under my house to check what kind of insect and rodent activity there was and placed the appropriate solutions. When he was all done, he came and explained everything that he did for me and even looked at a random bug I found elsewhere and explained what it was. Their service is great and I have few to no bugs in my house and a great deal less around my home. I was even able to give him the check right then and there without having to go through the hassle of sending it off in the mail. They are all. very professional

They have been responsive whenever I have called them. Their staff has been very nice, cordial, and trustworthy. I have not seen any termites. They come out routinely. Every once or two twice a year, the termite guy comes and goes underneath the house to inspect, so they are doing all the right things. I have talked to other people that have used other services, and they were charging them pretty exorbitantly, so they are cost effective than other folks. I have nothing negative against them.

They give excellent services. I had some little pests in my pantry and I put them in a plastic bag and they used to take them which I was very impressed with. They'll put them under a microscope and they'll call me and let me know what it is and what to do to get rid of them. They charge us $52 quarterly for the termite services. My overall experience with them has been excellent. I personally find their price for termite protection to be okay, but the other service seems to be high. The quality seems to be fine, and I don't have anything to complain about.

My son-n-law uses them all the time, for 7 years, since he bought this house. Their prices are about the same as everyone else. They tell you what they're going to do and not to let the cats lick the floor. They come every 6 months to take care of it. They tell me what day they're coming. They'll tell me if they have to come inside the next time to make sure someone is here. They are always very courteous and know what they're doing.
