Lyonel always communicates well, treats you with respect, is a hard worker and just overall trustworthy and a kind person. I have said it before and I will say ut again, he is the main reason we keep Cook's pest control! We have been customers for probably 10 years or more. He is someone who doesn't make you feel judged if he comes in and your house is out of order, that has been greatly appreciated since the loss of my FIL who was a Dad to me. I do not know how often y'all give bonuses or raises but he needs it. He goes over and beyond for his customers and that is rare!

First treatment did not meet expectations and the tech was not good. We were a new customer and had a lot of ants and spiders. We initially were frustrated because of the expense and lack of success. We called twice two weeks later to have them retreat. However, our follow up treatment was more thorough so they fixed the issue. Two months out we noticed a significant reduction in bugs - specifically ants and spiders. The first quarterly treatment was Friday, we got a new technician. Michael. He was excellent. He introduced himself as new to the route, was friendly, respectful, asked us our needs/concerns, took the time to be thorough, and said goodbye before he departed. I hope he is our only technician moving forward.
Amy Speegle

The woman I've spoken with in the office is knowledgeable, professional, and very nice, as is the technician who comes to the house. I learned right away that Kyle knows what he's doing, so I have complete confidence in him, too. It's rare to find a company these days that is highly competent and customer oriented, while also providing such seamless, hassle-free service. I give Cook's an A+ rating in all three area, and plan to be a Cook's customer for a long, long time.

I like that I get to know my service tech and develop a relationship. I also like that their service is tailored to my home. When we first moved into our new house we had ants, and the service tech identified each of the species on the property and treated them specifically. I like that I have my technicians phone number and can text them directly if I have a problem and they come out at no extra charge to fix it. Better yet, I rarely have to use that because they get it done right the first time. Mostly, I like that the treatments work very well without ever putting something in the house.
Jenn LaRue

While visiting my sister who is very ill, I noticed the activity of rodents. Asking neighbors and friends, I learned that Cook's Pest Control in Cullman services the Jasper area. Since my husband and I had to go back to Florida within 3 days of finding this unfortunate problem, I scurried (no pun intended) to find a company QUICKLY that we could trust to take care of this problem. Cook's personnel were extremely helpful and gave us immediate attention since my sister wasn't able to handle the issue. They worked their schedule so someone would come out before we had to leave. Their personnel is knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to detail. We agree with our neighbors, they are a good company to go to. Thank you for your courtesy. Mary Gahles

Before I started using Cook's Pest Control, I was fighting a losing battle against ants. They would just appear and I couldn't determine where they were coming from. Since Cook's started treating, I have only seen a few ants and when I called they sent someone out the next day to spray. I would recommend them. And Kody, the tech, was such a nice guy and extremely polite.

I reached out to Cooks Pest Control because I began seeing spiders in my house and also a mouse that was evading every trap I put out. I was tired of the sleepless nights. So I talked to Weston Cockrell and he got everything going for me. He has taken care of the spiders and mice. The Customer Service and his professionalism is wonderful!!!!!! The cost, is very affordable. When I have questions about anything, he gets back to me asap. I had been fighting the pest on my own but now Weston does it for me. Now I get great sleep. He is the best!!!!!! Mrs. Berry
I've used Cook's termite protection for years, but never had a need for their pest control until this week. One evening I noticed a pile of soil beside my patio and could see the opening to a tunnel under the concrete. By the next day the pile had become huge. I was concerned that a network of tunnels might cause the patio to crack or even collapse. I called Cook's and received a prompt response from a technician named Jason. He was wonderful. One look and he said it was probably either a chipmunk or a vole. He set a trap and a few hours later we had caught the largest chipmunk I've ever seen. Jason set a new trap and checked it regularly for the next 2 days. We caught a mouse, but no more chipmunks. When the patio was poured a small opening had been left where it joined the foundation, and must have looked inviting to a rodent shopping for a new home. I had planned to fill in the opening with concrete once we were sure all the chipmunks were gone. But when I got home at the end of the 2nd day, I saw that Jason had already sealed the opening. He solved my problem, kept me informed by texts throughout the process, and was kind and thoughtful, as well. He did more than he had to do, and certainly more than I had expected. Thank you, Jason!
