I have used this company for 20 years! I have been totally satisfied with their service, not ever had one problem. After buying my home, I noticed termites within months. I called Cook’s and had them come out and inspect, if course they found more than I could see. . The treatment service they provided for the termites was amazing!! Within a week they were gone! In my kitchen I had already had holes beginning in the walls, where they had made their way thru. I had panicked, but Cook’s assured me their treatment would take care of my problem, and it did!! I have columns around my house, they refill , they replace when needed, they come by and check if you see what even looks like a termite! I will continue to pay for their service as long as it continues to work as it has for 20 yrs! They are my first recommendation to anyone that needs termite infestation treatment, or any kindof bugs gone asap, and friendly service as well!

TODAY THOUGH, a new face showed up at my property and came into the office and asked what concerns I had. I'm adding on to this because this company goes above and beyond anything I could have hoped for Patricia and the rest of the ladies that work in the office are amazing. I suffer with severe PTSD and stutter quite a bit, not one person has made me feel uncomfortable. And my bug guy his professionalism and understanding is awesome. I called at 3 pm today cause of wasp nest (I'm allergic) and he came at at 6 to get rid of them. I know it's hard to do a same day service but 3 hour is nothing short of amazing so I won't have to worry about them over the weekend. Ty again guys y'all are the bomb.

So I think my servicer for both pest and termite are great. Super professional, very attentive, always on time. My concern is with the back end of the office — when I had a rodent in my wall, they were like sorry it’s not in the livable space. When there was something living (mouse family) under my deck, same thing. I’m not sure I find the value in their “bond” as it means nothing because they really don’t comprehensively cover anything.

I have been in contract with Cooks Pest Control for around 2 years now. They come by the same time each month. They work around MY schedule, and are extremely helpful. I have had fleas twice in my home. Once upon purchasing. When we moved in we found out that fleas were everywhere. If you follow their treatment plan, IT WORKS!!! Vacuum right before they come GETTING EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY, Vacuum again every day multiple times a day and once they spray the second time, they are COMPLETELY GONE. You HAVE to follow their treatment plan or it will not work. ALL mice and rats that were found in my home, disappeared. ALL cockroaches, disappeared. Of course, this is the south, you will always find a water bug once in awhile. I would 100% refer cooks to anyone. They are honest, upfront, and just plain amazing. Right when I was about to end my contract (I thought I had the pests under control) I found signs of cockroaches again. Within one treatment, they were gone. I will never leave Cooks they have kept my home pest free. I hate creepy crawlers. I couldn't sleep at night upon moving in. Now my mind is at ease knowing, if anything shows up, they will be right there for me even when it is not my scheduled date for service. Thanks Cooks.
