Felita Wilson
Just moved and had seen a few spiders and waterbugs around the house so I used Google and landed on Cooks. The tech Johnnie explained things very well, and educated us on the different types of pests. He was super friendly and explained the process of what he was going to do while he was there inside and out. He also went over the service package we had selected as well. We opted to do the package quarterly. Great service!

I called Cook's Pest Control when I saw ants in my kitchen. They came fast and were very polite. The guy explained everything in words I could understand. He treated the inside and outside of my home. I liked how careful he was with my pets. After the first visit, the ants were gone within days. They also checked for other pests just in case. I felt safer knowing my house was protected. They even showed me tips to prevent bugs from coming back. I could tell they cared about doing the job right. Their truck was clean and well kept. The tech wore a uniform and looked professional. He also called ahead before arriving, which I liked. The price was fair for the work they did. I signed up for regular visits to keep my home bug free. They send reminders before each appointment. That helps me keep track. Cook's Pest Control made a stressful problem easy to fix. I would tell anyone to call them first. You will not regret using their service. My home feels clean and safe now. I am glad I found them. Five stars all the way.

I contacted Cook's to get rid of some roaches that my family member left when they stayed for the family reunion. Cooks' informed me of the roaches and their genetic makeup of the 10-day breeding cycle. Then when they showed up, Alan; in particular was amazing. He let me know which kind of roaches I had, he was always on-time, he scheduled the next appointment; which was every 10-days. Three months later; ALL THE ROACHES ARE GONE! Not one single roach exist. Way to go Cooks! (I have to give a shout out to Erik too, he was amazing as well!)

Friendly and competent service. Our questions are always answered and any concerns we have about things we've noticed since the last technician visit are always addressed immediately. Our technician always calls the day before to set an appointment and is flexible with us as we are with him when it comes to setting up his time to visit us. He is always right on time. On the rare occasion when we have seen an increase presence of rodents in our house due to a change in weather or precipitation one call to the main office is always followed buy a visit in the middle of a cycle by our technician. Our Pest Tech Scott Weldon is one of kind, he is always on time and always lets us know what he is doing at our home. Our kids love it when he comes by because they follow him through the house and he has no problem with them asking questions and he explains everything he is doing. Being an employee of Cooks and working with him is an honor. We love Scott and are very appreciative of everything he does for our home and for Cooks. Timothy and Samantha Carter
Les Bales
Diligent about completing the job regardless of the extra work that is occasionally needed. Most important, he is ALWAYS here when he says he will be. That is a quality and service promise that too many supplies neglect.

Jon is great! We missed not seeing Alisha this time around, she made such a great first impression and is such an amazing person and worker! Also seeing a woman working in the pest control field is amazing- my daughters haven't stopped talking about being pest control technicians! Jon again was wonderful, we didn't get to see him this time around, but he treated the outside and was prepared to deal with a rodent issue we have outside and answered the call.

Our technician, Walter, is awesome! He always gives me a heads up the day before he comes, shows up on time, is thorough in his work, is very responsive/timely for our "emergencies", and has helped us every time a unique situation has come up (i.e. - rodents!). As for the products themselves, they seem to be very effective. We have seen much fewer bugs inside our home, and I love that the applications are all largely performed outside of the house (and away from our kids).
Hiba Matalka

Cook's representatives do an excellent job at "diagnosing the issue" and taking care of it right away. Recently, my 9 year old child was bitten by 2 ticks in our yard. I called Cook's, an inspector came out, and then someone followed up the next day by spraying for ticks and fleas. It's not a problem anymore. I ordered the mosquito service as well, because I haven't seen anyone from the city come out this year on our street due to Covid. It was worth the extra charges. Thank you, Cook's!
Darlene Jones
Technician always courteous and on time, always calls day before
Dee
They always call to schedule a time that is convenient for us.

We used Terminex and they NEVER got the ant problem under control. Cook’s is far more thorough and they have all but eliminated ants and other pests in our home. We of course will see the occasional bug. But otherwise service is great
