I contacted Cook's to get rid of some roaches that my family member left when they stayed for the family reunion. Cooks' informed me of the roaches and their genetic makeup of the 10-day breeding cycle. Then when they showed up, Alan; in particular was amazing. He let me know which kind of roaches I had, he was always on-time, he scheduled the next appointment; which was every 10-days. Three months later; ALL THE ROACHES ARE GONE! Not one single roach exist. Way to go Cooks! (I have to give a shout out to Erik too, he was amazing as well!)

On the rare occasion when we have seen an increase presence of rodents in our house due to a change in weather or precipitation one call to the main office is always followed buy a visit in the middle of a cycle by our technician. Cook's representatives do an excellent job at "diagnosing the issue" and taking care of it right away. Recently, my 9 year old child was bitten by 2 ticks in our yard. I called Cook's, an inspector came out, and then someone followed up the next day by spraying for ticks and fleas. It's not a problem anymore. I have used Cook's for several years now. I recently moved and the service has been wonderful at both homes. The guys that have provided our service have always been professional and courteous. They have always offered to answer questions and, if needed, to come out anytime I had an issue. Highly satisfied!!!
