I have used Cook’s for over 20 years. I have lived in my current home 20 years, and during that time, i have had zero ants. Occasionally, a bug is going to get into any home, and if I see one, I call, and “lookie, lookie, lookie”, Cook’s is out within 24 hours or less to apply additional preventative. This has happened only a handful of times over 20 years. Cook’s does a perimeter control, which I love. They do not come into your home, unless you ask, and then they will. I have been totally and completely satisfied with Cook’s, and of the several pest control services I have used in my lifetime, they are by far THE BEST.

When dealing with 85 rental properties in Southside, you will come across pests from time to time. They have all of our contracts for one simple reason, Tim Dumas, our tech. Words cannot describe this man's work ethic and his wonderful personality. Had it not been for him, we would have changed companies a long time ago. He always goes above and beyond for us. I can not spew enough kind words about this man! In my opinion, things that need a little tweaking: billing for customers and the customer service interaction with upper level management if ever needed. Cook's still gets 5 stars but ALL off of the back of Tim Dumas!

Customer service was awesome I called they sent inspector within three hours he told me what I needed and he told me the technician would call me the following day to set up a time for my first treatment. He also gave me several contact numbers in case I ever needed them after hours. The technician called the following day and we agreed on 8 am the following day . He arrived 5 minutes early did what he needed to do and was very polite and cordial during the entire visit 24 hour later no pests

For those of you who use Vulcan Termite and Pest Control. This past July when Vulcan did our termite inspection they told me since our house was built
Pest Control & General Handyman Hi West Winders! We are needing to find a pest control person to get the fire ants under control and do the termite inspections/treatments. We are also looking toward Spring/Summer cleaning. Being as we are getting old/creaky we will likely need someone to help with everything from pool cleaning (aboveground) to gutters. We are going to attempt to stain the back deck and do a few things there, but if our backs go out and our knees complain, we will likely have to get someone for that too!
