What I like best is the Service Person who takes care of my home. He is ALWAYS courteous, professional, arrives on-time and DOES EVERYTHING THAT IS MARKED on the form that he said he did!!!!!! HE always checks with me to determine if there are trouble areas and if there are...he handles them PROMPTLY. In the past PREVIOUS service people simply did NOT do that in my opinion. I LAWAYS found webs left up, and it seemed to me that some areas surrounding the house were NOT sprayed. None of those things are a concern NOW!

I was very impressed with the service man who did our recent inspection, regarding pandemic precautions. When I opened the door in answer to his knock, he was standing far away. He gave me the option of skipping the inside inspection. I told him it was OK to inspect inside and he went to retrieve his mask before coming inside. After inspecting inside he told me he would inspect outside and then leave the paperwork on the door, rather than coming back inside. This is in contrast to a service call from another business (unrelated to pest control) where the servicemen seemed surprised and confused that I was wearing a mask when I answered the door and also seemed very surprised that I expected them to wear masks in my home.

This was for pest control and/or extermination.
We use Cooks for everything. They come once a month. We've had them come for a long time, I know that. I think they do A on most everything. If they didn't, my husband would probably find somebody else to do that.
I had a contract for ants with another service for 2 years. This year the ants were winning the battle. Called Cook's and told them I wanted RESULTS I did not want to be sold. They recommended monthly pest, including ants with outside bait stations; moisture barrier in my crawl space and new vents outside the house.
It went GREAT!! I am no longer battling ants everyday in my kitchen area. I've only seen 2 ants in the last 3 months!! Monthly service $41.00. Vents that automatically open & close 9 @ $65 each. Moisture barrier about $300. Total one time cost about 838.00

I used Cook's Pest Control for Pest Control/Exterminating. They do my termite and they do my house.
We still see bugs but they'll come back if you call them, mostly spiders which I understand is hard to kill, they would come in from outside, other than that I don't have any problems with it.They don't set appointments they just, they don't actually come in the house they do around the broader, they knock down the cobwebs and just like that.

We used Cook's Pest Control.
They were wonderful and good. They put new vents in the house. They did it on terms because we could not pay all at once. They sprayed for roaches and our house was infected with them and they cleared them up. It was successful and it worked for us. They put traps for rats and puts stuff to prevent termites. They are really on top of their game. They would call one day ahead to make sure the date was ok. If I call them and tell them I saw something they would make it their business to solve my problem. If they say they are going to be here at 11 they were here.

Cook's Pest Control comes every month for pest and termite control.
They charge $39 a month for the service. They do a super job and I haven't had a problem with them. They check my attic and other places to make sure there is no evidence of pests.

Living in an area where termites are known it is important to have a company that knows what they are doing and takes their job serious. They come out and check my house throughout the year. Also, I had some landscape done recently and needed them to come out and recheck to make sure everything was still up to par. They came right out, recevied a report that day. Great service. I have been doing pest control myself but considering using them to do my pest control in addition to termite.

Overall they're a good company. We asked them to come out here and move some bugs. But the bugs are still getting in our house and they treated the interior and the exteriors. I'm getting tired of ants and other critters running in the house. In your kitchen and your bathroom, It's just disgusting. they put a dent in it but I wish they would come in here with a stronger product.

I explained to them that I had a unique set of circumstances and would need somebody to come out right away. The gentleman agreed and was out to my place in 45 minutes. He was very kind, courteous and professional. He took a thorough look at my situation and explained very clearly to me exactly what needed to be done. He was very truthful and did not try to take my for extra money by telling me the problem was bigger then it really was. I was very pleased by my encounter with Cook's Pest Control and would recommend them to anyone.

I have roof rats that I have not been able to get rid of for the last several months, as well as spiders (including black widows) and gigantic, armor-coated beetles. I tried Orkin, but I had a poor experience with their services. My mother told me she'd had great luck with Cook's, so I gave them a shot. Not only were they less expensive than Orkin, they are already doing a MUCH better job. Charles Shaw was the guy who came to give me the initial consultation, and he spent over an hour looking around my house and my yard, in ALL the nooks and crannies, and answering all of my questions. He was a very down-to-earth guy... not at all sales-y. I could tell that he believes in his company, as well their products, services and technicians. What impressed me the most was that he found the entry points for the roof rats and gave me the number for a reliable guy he knew who could help fix the necessary things to keep them out. Today, my technician, whose name is Doran, came out and did my initial service. He was fantastic. He did EVERYTHING that Charles promised and more, including
sweeping the corners of the ceiling in my garage with Webster dust to get rid of the spiders and keep them away, as well as bringing the duster inside with an extender to get the cobwebs from the areas of my super-tall ceilings that I can't reach. He even changed my furnace filter for me! I had asked Doran not to tell me the specifics about what sort of preventative and/or extermination measures he would be using in the attic because I feel kind of bad about it, and he was respectful of that. He didn't act like he thought I was crazy or soft or anything for feeling badly about forcing them to meet their demise (even though I know it's for the health of me, my family and my HOUSE). Also, before he left, he plugged up a couple of entry points with copper wool to keep the rats from getting in there, and I had told him I had intended to buy some from Amazon.com. He told me not to bother... he'd bring me a box next time. When he said he'd be back to check the traps in seven days, I believed him. He's very personable, not at all weird like some bug guys are (no offense, bug guys), and he went above and beyond what I had tentatively expected. My mother told me that the first time the tech had come to her house, he didn't do everything the initial-consult guy had promised. She called the office, and they sent another tech out that same day, who did a great job and continued to perform her service from there on out. This is a good company that does the job right. What's more important, at least as far as I'm concerned, is that if you do NOT feel they did the job that they told you they would, they will make it right.

I liked the convenience they provided us. They came very quickly when I called them. What I did not like about them is that they examined the area too fast. I wonder if they thoroughly inspected our property for possible termite infestation. The price was a good value for money. I will not use them again in the future. I am considering other pest control companies.
