“Cook’s” Full disclosure, upfront, friendly, courteous, I’m a repeat customer, diff location in metro Atlanta but repeat, nevertheless..like the guarantees if problem still exist, they’ll come out again to re-treat. They listen to assess your needs so that you both can be satisfied. They try to exceed your needs. I was unsure whether to continue my Service provider since I could not just transfer prior services from old address..diff offices for diff locations. But, they won me over be seeing how they could fit all my service needs in my budget. Costly but not too much considering what it’d cost in event there’s activity especially termites et. Termite bond is transferrable to new homeowner when Selling for fraction of cost to start “new”. Concerned about crawl spaces and shared my overwhelming concerns to protect not just around perimeter , inside and general premises but also, the crawl spaces. They provided solutions-vents automated to open and close depending on time of yr and to provide ventilation and keep bugs n creepy cranky pests, insects out…this is new territory for me. You see, unfamiliar and no experience or knowledge regarding crawl spaces and manual vents not as efficient and was not told how that I’d to manually open and close vents for chg of seasons. Tabs to open and close the manual vents per builder were not even all adequately covered and tabs not all inserted so that client can pull close or open!so, they also, educate and substantiate why you should chose these diff options. I’m not for buying just to buy; I’ve to see the added value and benefits and cost effectiveness. They followup until they’re able to teach you for schedule changes, providing more info or just to answer questions. I just wish services were “bundled”, to keep up with payment and or services, perhaps, something else to look fwd to. We’re in a changing world! So, I look forward to these protections to give me ease and peace of mind and 1 less thing to be concerned about! “So, here goes, “protect my home and be an asset when I do sell and add more needed value in their products, services and maintain and protect our home!” Jackie Vongsamphanh 08/01/23

I wasn't pleased with the initial agent who treated our home, & called to file a complaint. The supervisor came to our home, re-treated the home, set pods outside where we had an unusual ant infestation. Showed me where the ants where entering through the basement door, we haven't had any ants ever since. I HATE SPIDERS! So with their treatments there are less spiders, & other bugs. I would strongly recommend this company. If I am not pleased with an agent, the manager or supervisor comes to our home to listen & see my concerns, re-treat the areas needed, our home is bug free. When I see a bug, I call them & they will come out between treatments to take care of the issues. They do not pressure you to try more expensive products. Their yearly subscription is competitive, & less than the more popular treatment companies like Arrow. I am happy with my decision to use Cooks.

Couldn't rate then yet, I will give you an update 90 days from service. It's been 90 days and my home has been bug free. They are a little pricey but they do deliver on the promise of keeping your home bug free. I don't know too many ladies that aren't afraid of bugs but my tech didn't seem afraid to go after them no problem. Both techs have don't a great job.

We contracted with Cook's on 11/9/21 with a pest issue that we didn't know we had. The techician that did our initial service was Bernisha Lewis with the Rex office. Bernisha was on time, kind, and did a complete through job on our home inside and out. She explained the products she was using and what they were for. She help me moved the refrigerator and stove to be sure we got in these areas. Our house was baited in and out. Cook's you have an excellent employee, I appreciate her excellent work ethics and will be requesting her for our quarterly services. Kudos Bernisha!

When the guy first came out, after checking the inside of the house he proceeded to go outside where he sprayed outside and under the carport around the doors and windows. Sprayed close to the wall and window sills. I felt as if he had cleaned up the outside to my satisfaction.

The employee I had the pleasure working with was Gabriel Gutierrez. I was actually babysitting at my aunts while he was here, and I was extremely impressed. Despite the fact it was past 5 pm (quitting time for most), he was SO attentive and thorough. I could not believe how much this stranger actually CARED about what he was doing for us. He took his time and made SURE he checked everything and found the source of our problem. He also explained his findings and recommendations very well. He seemed like he actually was concerned about our situation and I could tell that he truly cared about finding us a solution, even though he was probably ready to get home to his family! This is so rare to find these days. I can't wait to schedule for someone to come to my house to look into pest control for my family as well. What a great guy working for Cook's! Go Gabriel!

Pest and termite control
This is our 2nd year with Cook's. They come out once a month and spray the perimeter of the house for pests and inspect the ant and termite traps. They give us a call a day or two ahead to inform us of when they're coming. They are reliable and courteous. They don't consume a lot of our time. We had interviewed other pest control companies before deciding on Cook's and we have been very satisfied with their competitive pricing and reliable service.
I have use Cook's Pest Control. They come the beginning of every month. They spray the inside and outside. They check the ant things in the ground. They put glue boards in the garage.
Their service was good. Everything turned out well.
I use COOK'S PEST CONTROL.
They get high marks.
We use Cook's Pest Control monthly for pest control and termite control.
They have the termite bond as well as the residential work. They do everything they say they are going to do at a reasonable price.
Amount spent is for yearly service for both termite and pest control. For termite control, every 3 months they check in-the-ground canisters to see if there's termite activity, then add chemicals to the canisters if termites are present. For pest control, they come monthly and check outside and inside the house for bugs. They put down ant traps and dry chemicals when necessary
Recently, they service personal have been more professional and helpful. I have had more success with them than with other pest control companies.
