Tyler came to our property, The Lake House at Martins Landing, answered all my questions, and explained the process. Prior to showing up Tyler called and asked the best time to service our community and what we could expect on the first day. Our residents are happy and look forward to working with Tyler & The Cook's Pest Control team.

Holdin Ouch did an outstanding job eliminating our pests. He’s extremely professional, follows through on everything he says, and responds very quickly. I highly recommend him. Cook’s Pest Control should hire more technicians like Holdin—he’s patient, helpful, and truly great at his job.

After almost 20 years with another exterminating company, I switched to Cook’s. The previous company was not forthcoming and in my opinion, dishonest and not to mention, way overpriced. Cook’s staff has been exceptional. Both Bobby and Eric were knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating! I highly recommend this company and I am looking forward to a long, beneficial pesticide relationship!
Yildiz Hamrick

The technician (Edin) came to the house and knocked on the door and alerted me of his arrival. He performed the quarterly pest control service in a professional manner. The service included applying the materials and changing the bait traps. He was very friendly and professional. Listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly and thoroughly. Very impressed with him. We remain highly pleased with the level of service the Cook's Termite Control technician provided. I recommend them highly.

We have lived here for 32 years and this is by far the best and most effective pest control service we have had. What's more, it's clear that Lucas likes what he does. I had no problem asking him some questions and didn't feel in any way like I was being an inconvenience for asking.

Recently I needed to add service to our property. At first I felt the quote to add to our existing service was high and way wife and I had decided to not to do it. Then my phone rang and it was a gentleman from Cooks named Mr. Eddie Baez. He informed me that there would be no charge to add a small outbuilding to our existing service. I truly appreciate his commitment to making sure the customer is happy. Thank you! I must add that Cooks has wonderful communication with their customers. I receive a phone call prior to the technician coming out to our property and they always arrive in the timeframe discussed.

Great quarterly service from Cook’s. My technician is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I am thankful for Cook’s keeping my home free of any and all unwanted pests. I like knowing that if at any time I see insects in my home I can call Cook’s and they come out and take care of the problem immediately. I have used Cook’s for over 25 years now and I wouldn’t begin to entertain the idea of using another pest control company even if they offered me their services at a lower price. Cook’s Pest Control is by far superior to any other pest control company. Thank you Cook’s for giving me one less thing to worry about in this stressful world we live in today.

My tech Lucas is incredible. His dedication to customer service is remarkable. Today during my quarterly treatment Lucas brought my trash can down from the street. Obviously Lucas didn’t have to do this in fact this is at least the 2nd time I’ve noticed him doing this. This isn’t the only way I’ve noticed him going above and beyond but I fully trust that he will always choose to do the right thing. It’s honestly inspiring. Keep it up Lucas.

This company clearly hires genuine and honest inspectors. We recently moved to an apartment community that uses Cook's and had no idea how bad the roach problem was in the unit we rented. When the Cook's inspector, Caleb L., came to service the unit, we were in distress. We had already explained the problem to the leasing agent, but we had no idea what to do in the meantime. Caleb was honest about the severity of the situation and gave us great advice on how to not take the roaches with us when we moved. He really was the highlight of that whole mess! I'd recommend Cook's to anyone who has a pest problem because they hire genuine and honest inspectors.
Matt Minor

Stephen was always on time and courteous. Every 6 months or so, he would called and scheduled a home inspection. Once arrived, he would take time to introduce himself and explained what he was going to do. He then took his time to inspect the bait stations. Once done, a written report was promptly given. Can't ask for a better technician.

Everyone is always very pleasant and professional. When anyone asks for a pest control recommendation on NextDoor, I always give them your name! Thank you for your service and keep it up!

Once I needed extra traps to catch the lizards coming into the garage. We were in the early stages of the pandemic, and nobody wanted anymore contact than absolutely necessary. Michael and I talked about it, and he brought the traps and left them at my door. I appreciate him because he always says if I need anything not to hesitate in calling. I am a new resident to Gwinnett county (February, 2020) and this means a lot to a senior newbie.

I have a Cook's service contract. The technician is knowledgeable and friendly. Cook's has never missed a service date and my home is insect free, for the most part, all year round. On rare occasions I may see a single roach. Usually dead.

Cook's Pet Control has taken great care of the business where I work for years. They always address any concerns we have and work hard to keep us pest free!

Love Cook’s! Have used them for a couple of years now, and they’ve done a great job. Receive text messages the night before a service to let me know they’re coming, and then leave a detailed service receipt of everything that was done. Great job and highly recommend!

My next door neighbor said no more termite issues found after Cook's pest control installed baits and has done regular services. Then I call to this company. Chris and Tony were so kind to answer of all my questions.
I have used this service for 20 years. The service has been excellent for all three, Pest, Termite and now Mosquito for the past 2 years. I always get a call one day before the service and if I need they answer every question of mine with detail and patience. Anytime I have seen a problem inside they have sent somebody in immediately and took care of the problem. Termite service (Sentricon) is regular and once a year the operator does an inside inspection. I have also met the Supervisor coming in after a routine visit to check on the quality of work. And what is best, there has been only 1 price increase in 20 years of around 15%.

Just want to say how impressed I was with Cook' s Pest Control. I have a rental house in Ga and drove up from Florida I was stressed and nervous about what might be found and how expensive it might be. Chris Berryman and Robin Neal were so wonderful they made the whole experience easy , they treated me like family and with so much respect. They were so professional, I'm so glad I choose to call them and so glad they will be taking care of our pest control needs...

We've always been very satisfied with the conscientious termite control services we've had for years. This year we had to call about an enormous hornet nest. We got a response within hours, had someone remove the nest the next day and then got a follow up to be sure all pests were gone. Great service! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.

Awesome service
I've been using this company for a couple of years now and only had a problem once that was corrected through billing. When you first start your service with them they will give you a call for a while before they come out to see if you have any pest problems on the inside of your home. After a while of you not reporting any, they won't call before they come as they feel that everything is fine and you have no complaints. The stuff they use for the pests you don't even smell. Some of it is like a powder and pretty much works within 24 hours after the application is laid down. You won't see any of those change of season pests that you normally see when we head from summer going into winter, like ants and those little unusual bugs that you normally don't see. The price is reasonable and they come out once a month to do your service.

Andrew is very informative and taught me alot of things that i never knew. I can tell he takes pride in his job. My pest problem is under control thanks to him.

Andrew is awesome! He is nice and professional and yet down to earth . He goes beyond his duty to care for his clients. There was a small snake near my facility and even though cook's as a business does not handle snakes, andrew went far and beyond to take the initiative and take care of the situation for me. He informed me it wasn't poisonous and that it is a rare sighting to see them in this area. I appreciated that he took the time to take care of it. Thanks Andrew!

Thank you to Andrew Longmate for a great job servicing our commercial firm. He was very thorough and precise and we never had any creepy crawlers!
Cooks does our termite and pest control. Their technician always calls prior to coming out and we couldn't be happier with their service. Thanks again Cooks!

Pest Control Hi. Any recommendations for pest control companies for the Duluth/Lawrenceville area. We have what we believe maybe a rather large sized lizard
Termite Service Does anyone have a termite service that they can recommend. I have used Arrow for 8 years and recently discovered some damage. They wouldn’t
