This company clearly hires genuine and honest inspectors. We recently moved to an apartment community that uses Cook's and had no idea how bad the roach problem was in the unit we rented. When the Cook's inspector, Caleb L., came to service the unit, we were in distress. We had already explained the problem to the leasing agent, but we had no idea what to do in the meantime. Caleb was honest about the severity of the situation and gave us great advice on how to not take the roaches with us when we moved. He really was the highlight of that whole mess! The stuff they use for the pests you don't even smell. Some of it is like a powder and pretty much works within 24 hours after the application is laid down. You won't see any of those change of season pests that you normally see when we head from summer going into winter, like ants and those little unusual bugs that you normally don't see. The price is reasonable and they come out once a month to do your service.
