EDIT: One of the managers, Brad, reached out to me and addressed the issue. He did a review of my home and services to help with the rodent problem. I appreciate the follow-up and that I now have one person that is providing the quarterly services. Andrew has been professional each time and addresses my concerns. I have traps set up in my garage and have had much less of a rodent problem inside the house. If I was just giving a review to Keith Lawson, who explained the services and set up my contracts, it would be 5 star. He is friendly, professional and explains everything thoroughly. I signed up for everything except the mosquito service. My first service techs were great, very friendly and it was done in just a couple of days of sign up. After having my first service, an ant crawled across my newborn granddaughter’s face inside the house. I called several times and didn’t get follow up service until I contacted Keith. Someone came out that day. This past Thursday evening, a small rat ran over my foot as it was trying to get out under the dryer in the laundry room which is inside my house. I’m not going to deal with mice and definitely not rats. Since I have service for rats, I called. I called again on Friday afternoon and was told a service tech would be calling soon. No call. It’s now almost 5 pm on Saturday. Still no call and no follow-up. This is really disappointing as I have been encouraging friends and family to sign up for service so they don’t have to take care of pests on their own. My experience has now changed. I shouldn’t have to reach out to the sales rep to get a service call. But that’s what I’m going to do Monday morning.

Cooks came out and did a termite inspection and we have a contract with Cooks to check the bait stations that were installed around our home. We also use Cooks for our home service as well, They spray around the perimeter of our home as well as places inside the house and garage. I originally started using them because the house I moved into had roaches. The tech was awesome explaining all the services included and how much time it would take etc, etc. They are also prompt on getting out to any service calls I've put in (usually within 24 hours). The service center is also friendly and helpful every time I call. But one of the things that meant the most was how awesome they were with my four boys (one of which is special needs) when they came out when I had issues with rats. My boys told me how the tech answered all their questions, told and showed them how dangerous the traps were, etc,etc. And every tech I've met since I've been with them has been like with them whether I'm home or not.

Cooks Poisoning for fire ants around our home has really helped. I also have the floor jacks from Cooks and their recommended foundation temp control vents are awesome.
