I loved it. This mall is so big there is so much to do here. It is easy to get on the bus. I really like the food court there are lots of places to choose from. This is my favourite mall out of Kitchener-Waterloo. I think they could be a little cleaner that is the only thing they improve on.
I am absolutely in love with the bikini that one of the employee help me pick out I totally forgot her name but will never forget the face if you get the chance to see my comment thank you so much for your help she deserves a raise
Got a great bathing suit and great service but quite expensive
Customer service was excellent, Anna helped me find styles of bathing suits I liked and she was very helpful and I found one I really liked thanks to her! The only downside is they are pretty expensive but 100% worth it!! 10/10 would recommend :)
Ive been here twice and the service is impeccable. A very nice girl named Carly helped out me, my daughter and my son to choose many different bathing suits that fitted to exactly what we like. We also got 2 free items while we were there :) 10/10
Bought my daughter 2 full price bathing suits. Within a couple of months the colour has completely faded but only on the outside, not the inside. I went to the store, the manager working was awful, incredibly rude, treated me like I was a waste of time. My friend with me was livid with the treatment. Also, found out that La Vie en Rose does not stand behind the quality of their product or their managers as we contacted La Vie En Rose customer service. They did nothing about the horrible way the manager behaved, and they made me provide every detail of the purchase, bank account #, date of purchase, location, exact amount spent on that account; and then they told me there was nothing they could do!! Why waste my time! Just up front state that you dont stand behind the quality of your clothing instead of giving me the run around and then nothing!
Poor customer service from the head of staff at this location. Should learn how to treat customers in a better way.

I am a happy Customer of Hakim optical. I received an excellent Customer care service from Ruthvi and Pader. Both of them done a great service which makes me feel more comfortable. I am really satisfied the consultation with Dr:Jonathan too. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Hakim. Good job guys...!
