Had a overall good experience buying some running shoes today, however when I checked out I was asked to give my full name and email address - I was just asked for my information without the cashier (Jordyn?) telling me what it was for so I assumed it was mandatory for purchases or something (which seems a little silly I know). I was just a bit annoyed that I was signed up for promotional emails without being told and had to unsubscribe myself.

Your store was busy! But this girl was multi tasking. Looking after 3 people at a time but she somehow made time to tell me about the shoes (I had her pull 4 different ones). She didn’t rush with me but somehow she didn’t rush with anyone but we all felt that she was meeting our needs perfectly. I will say… and if there are just cashiers and then just salespeople disregard the following. You could definitely see there are a couple of team members working very hard and a couple just standing behind the counter with little to no regard for the busy. And no inclination to assist the busy. Anyway I was beyond impressed by my salesperson. She should be in management.

I had a great experience at Browns shoes Conestoga mall. I believe it was the manager of the store who helped me out. He was very patient with my many requests to try on several different pairs of shoes and when I finally decided on a pair of boots, I asked him if they’d be going on sale soon and he was honest with me and said yes..the sale would appear online a day sooner than instore. I got the second last pair online today. He was pleasant, attentive, didn’t mind chatting with me and really helped me out! A wonderful shopping experience! I will be back at Browns for sure!

First time purchasing a pair of Dr Martens from Browns at this location in Conestoga Mall. The customer service here is amazing both in store (shout out to Riley) 👍 and on the telephone. Best Mall in Waterloo
The best mall in Waterloo . All the big brands under one roof. The only Apple Store in Conestoga . The public transport station is just outside the mall . Some good places to eat a nice lunch and dinner

It was my first time shopping at browns, purchased two pairs of shoes for my toddler and a pair of sandals for myself. I went to the Conestoga mall location to return a beautiful pair of boots I bought online because I wasn’t able to zip up the right boot fully. I was feeling a bit down and embarrassed that my leg didn’t fit in the boot. I had a lovely employee demonstrate a trick she uses to do up her own boots and it worked perfectly. I left with my boots in hand and feeling like a million bucks! I don’t know the employees name but she was wonderful, down to earth and made my day!! She worked Sunday morning and deserves some recognition. 5 start customer service. Keep up the great work!

the mall was a bit quiet and some of the stores were closed due to the pandemic but overall it was a good shopping experience and the mall seemed to be doing all it could to stay active and open.
Endless choices in a civil setting!
Since moving to Canada, I am grateful and appreciative of how Canadians act and respect one another, in public, especially in a shared space like a mall, store or food court, which enhances our mutual experiences!
This mall has it all from a Supermarket, a department store, an Apple store and many specialty food, clothing and cosmetics options to keep you busy and of course helps you easily spend money. Let’s not forget the food court, which offers Fries, Burgers, Sushi, salads, Greek and middle eastern choices. One of my favorites is California Thai, where all of the ingredients and finished items are on display in an appealing fashion, making your selection difficult, but rewarding in the final analysis. Pricing at this restaurant as well as others in the food court are reasonable and ample, often costing less than $15.00!
Also, the service in the Food Court as well as in the stores is personable, professional and friendly! Conestoga has made going to a Mall again for me- very enjoyable! Highly Recommended!
The Conestoga Experience
The mall isn't the biggest around but in the past few years it did expand with some very nice stores .It is very clean well looked after with some very up to date shops in there.I am not a good shopper but do enjoy walking around this mall and always end up buying something.
I remember when it was smaller
Conestoga mall nicely developed in big mall with some very fine and luxury shops. I don't live in Kitchener Waterloo area any more, so I do not shop here often, but this is probably the best mall in this area. Nice variety of shops and big department stores and great big food court.

Good shopping experience
This mall offers great opportunity for shopping. There is a wide range of shops ,excellent food court and large grocery store. Additionally, next door there is Galaxy cinemas which allows you to catch a movie after or before you do your shopping !

I visited this mall now a couple if times last years and the are all great visits. I like to visit the apple store we don’t have them closeby where i live. Food yard is good and lot’s of expension in the last few years.

Really Nice Mall
This mall is a pretty large mall with a lot of stores to choose from and is well maintained. I like the fact that there is a water fountain to drink from.

I got tired of shopping at Fairview park mall. So I wanted to go there instead. There are so much more stores.
Good selection of stores, well maintained
Conestoga Mall has recently undergone some improvements and added several new stores, with several more to be added soon. There’s a good variety of shops, although it would be nice to have more choices for men’s clothing. Lots of food and beverage options in the Food Court as well, although they’re missing a Starbucks (there is one a few 100m away from the mall though).
When the LRT starts running (Dec 2018?) it will make it even easier for shoppers to visit this mall. All in all a good shopping experience in Waterloo.
Great Mall- even better when new stores arrive.
We dropped into this Mall as part of a two day getaway to St. Jacobs and found it bright and all of the stores easily accessible. A map for navigating would help. There is certainly room for more stores but the offering is varies from clothing to shoes to tech to jewellery. There is a so-so food court and it does attach to a Zeher's for grocery convenience- a good thing. Addition of a bank would help. The Old navy was big and well stocked unlike some as was Soft Moc. Great place to shop while passing through Waterloo.
Best place to shop in KW
Conestoga is by far the best place to shop in KW. There is a good variety of shops, it is modern, clean, and has great customer service.

It's a nice place to stay for a while and have a snack and look around. Good stores and a nice theater.
Manageable with good delection
Conestoga is a manageable mall, as in easy to get around in, not too many shops, but enough shops. Very clean food court. A Bay and Winners, plus a movie theatre within the same parking and a grocery store, Zehrs. Lulu Lemon has also been added. Easy to get to with great parking.
Good mix of stores.
This mall is close to my house. It has a variety of stores that meet the needs of our family of four. (two daughters)
Anchored by The Bay, Winners, Old Navy and Zehrs, several new stores will be opening soon in the recent vacated area of Target. It has the very first Pink store in the area as well as a variety of clothing, shoe, and novelty stores. The food court is spacious with a great variety of food including a Tim Hortons. A few stand alone restaurants also offer good food if you desire a sit down meal.
A movie theater was a welcome addition to the mall. There is ample parking including charging stations for electric cars, lots of handicap spaces and expecting/new mother spaces.
Conestoga Mall is a transit hub for Grand River transit and will also be the hub for our new light rail transit making it readily accessible to all.
Lots to see - lots to do
There are two major malls in K-W area - Conestoga and Fairview. Personally I prefer Conestoga though both have parking issues - a lack of parking especially during peak shopping times. Conestoga has a good sized food court and, shortly, will be opening a new 20 store section where "target" used to be. This will seriously expand the stores in the mall. In regard to stores, there is a good selection of just about everything from the Bay, to smaller retailers and plenty of mid-aisle kiosks (though many deal with cell phones). Generally we are at the mall at least once or twice a week - they also have a large grocery store (attached to the mall inside), cinema (not attached) and a local museum. Both Conestoga and Fairview service the K-W area well.
Lots under one roof!
If you only have time to get to one mall in town, this is the one! Satisfies needs with a grocery store and a pharmacy, and also has lots to offer by way of clothing stores. Includes The Bay as an anchor store. 20 more stores are coming soon!
Return Visit
We have been to this mall in our travels. Each time it is bigger and better and again they are adding 25 new stores for next year. It has everything you need. A great food court. Easy access and parking
Best Waterloo Mall
This mall I should easily the best mall in Waterloo Region. I have been visiting it since I was a small child, so I have seen it change a great deal over the years. What I can say is that this mall has received many upgrades and expansions, ensuring that it has not become outdated or obsolete. Other than appearance, significant upgrades include modern touchless washrooms, which are very clean and well maintained, and, interactive maps.
The mall effectively has everything you need in one stop. There are many popular clothing stores, a grocery store, movie theatre, an Apple Store, a book store, a videogame store, a toy and puzzle store, and more! Soon there are likely to be even more stores as the space that was once occupied by Target is currently under renovations and appears to be being made into an extension of the mall with multiple stores. Additionally, there are several big box stores that are within walking/bus distance, such as Best Buy and Home Depot.
The mall is also very accessible. It has a large parking lot with free parking (though it is horrific around the holidays) and is easily accessible by public transit at the bus terminal on the king street side. When the LRT is complete, it will be accessible via that as well, however with current delays and the problems caused by construction, people are understandably skeptical.

This mall has received a lot of upgrades and expansions in the last 15 years. I was impressed with it.
The food court is nice and clean and bright. The selection of stores are excellent and the washrooms are clean and environmentally friendly.
There is something for everyone at this mall ... even a museum (entrance in the food court area).
One stop has it all including entertainment
Love this mall. One stop shopping for just about everything including groceries. Only issue with this mall besides the current construction on King St. is the pkg lot. Best to enter off Davenport by Zehrs for mall and/or movie theaters.
Good mall, outstanding food court
Tons of food choices, and a very active mall. Easily best mall in Waterloo region . Come here if clothes are your thing. Close to St Jacobs too.

A choice of all the favorite chain stores and a few of the independents to pick from. When it is time to lunch a well stocked food court offers something for everyone.
Better option
Conestoga has come a long way in the past 20 years as the population shift has moved north into Waterloo. It's the better option of the 2 major malls in KW and in the winter months, is a better option than the boardwalk. Main flagship store is the Bay, but has smaller department stores winners and the sport check. Lots of options, great selection for men
Good mall and food Court
Great mall and very good food court, since there are limited options in Waterloo this stands out. The food was good, I picked up from st bourbon - the Louisiana Chicken and crispy chicken were good , they served on a bed of rice and veggies .
Great place to shop
Lots of great stores and wonderful sales people. Lots of parking and close to the expressway for ease of getting there.
Mall to entertain all family members
The mall located on King Street Waterloo, few kilometers away from uptown Waterloo, nice parking, near the opening soon transit train, nice shopping experience, small yet a nice eating food court and Grandplex Cinemas few meters from the Mall, all this add up to spending a nice day in this mall.
Family shopping
Conestoga Mall is one of the better malls Waterloo Region. It has a nice selection of stores that cover a wide variety of shopping needs including a Zehrs, HMV, H&M, Bell Store, Winners, Old Navy, The Bay, and various jewelry stores. It also has a very good food court with a Tim Hortons, Taco Bell, New York Fries, Subway, A&W, Spring Rolls Go, and a Sushi bar.
There is also a Galaxy Cinema located just beside the food court exterior entrance, though the two are not physically connected.
There is going to be a future ION station and it already has a GRT multi stop bus station.
Overall it's a great shopping location with lots to do and plenty of parking.
Clean and great variety of stores
This is a bright mall with lots of different stores. A nice clean food court. The people are friendly and the mall isn't usually very crowded, even on a weekend!

I love the stores at this mall because of the variety, the only thing I wish is better food court food. The other thing I wish would be is a couple resturants attached.
Good for Christmas time
Watch out for so many people but worth it, maybe take four hours to get nice Christmas gifts. Go for it.
A decent mall worth a look
In the area for a business visit recently, I headed over to this mall to fill a little time before my meeting. Pleased to find a tidy food court with some of the best washrooms I've seen in a shopping centre.
I was able to charge my laptop in the food court and with a Tims coffee at my side the hour was spent productively. Didn't visit any stores other than The Bay (I had parked at that end) and was quite impressed with the store.
Very organised
Big mall with brand stores and also others. Lay out is clearly marked on the map so most of the places easily traced. The wash area is big, neat. People are helpful, I was alone spend three hours and enjoyed it throughly.
Fairly large mall, lots of stores; big box stores nearby
There is really only one competing mall around here, and it's way down at the other end of Kitchener. (Fairway Mall, and larger then this one)
But we find we prefer the atmosphere here and they have all the stores we want. And there are lots of big box stores in the general area, and restaurants, so this is a nice place if you want to do a broad variety of shopping.
Nice Mall
It's not a bad size and seems to have most of the big name stores. What it doesn't have isn't far to find.

I don't live too far from Conestoga Mall. I shop there on a weekly basis.
Since Zellers closed and Target didn't last they do need another anchor store.

My first choice for gift and clothing shopping.
Conestoga Mall is my first choice for gift and clothing shopping. There's a great variety of stores, excellent parking, lots of options in the food court and the whole place is well kept. One of my favourite things is that there are fresh, clean cloth hand towels in the mall washrooms - that's a great perk. Thank you!

Modern Mall
This mall had a major update just a few years ago. I like the way the front of it looked before the update myself. One store in here that is very important to me is the Apple store for computers. The mall does not look much like the older one did many years ago. They have a great food court with just about anything you need from NY Fries to Subway, McDonalds, etc. Not sure where they keep the lottery kiosk anymore. I found they have disappeared in a few of the malls. A nice mall to stroll around whether your shopping or just killing time.
Mall with that fills the need those surrounding area
Location wise; well positioned, integrated with bus station. Close to hotels such as Holiday Inn Express and Waterloo Inn Conference hotel (short walk). Had a small museum with nearly missed signage and also the theatre/cinema. Used to get my groceries while i was there.

This is a small(ish) mall with a good variety of stores! Clean and friendly. Safe to wander about. Good food court. Accessible and sufficient parking.

The only critique I could give for this mall is that a majority of the stores here are geared towards young adults.

Conestoga Mall is a beautiful and modern shopping centre with every kind of store you could want. It has a supermaket and a modern, new food court with a wide selection of food you could ever desire! It's a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a bite to eat before going to the movie theatre right beside the mall. Great place to get your shopping done!
This is our go-to mall
We love this mall. I have been going there since I was a little kid. They have a lot more selection for stores now than they used to. The only complaint I have is the new store that moved in "saje" I believe? Every time I walk by that place, I end up getting a headache. Maybe they could do something about them not having it blowing out into the mall? Other than that, it is awesome :).

We have been visiting Conestoga mall multiple times during this Fall. We have always found everything we have needed (shops, eating, services). There are all the required shops, fastfood options for everyone and services like banking and barber. Beside, this mall is really clean including nice restrooms. We found this as the best shopping place in Waterloo.
Has mostly everything one needs
I can get groceries at Zehrs , cosmetics at Shopper's Drug Mary, delicious tea at Teavana, lunch at Spring Rolls or the food court, get my hair done by Lee at the
Tonyc Hair Salon, and buy clothes and jewellery at Winners and other places . There is an Apple Store there too. My visits usually last half a day.

I love all of the stores. I like it a lot better than Fairview Park Mall. I don't mind travelling the distance. The Cambridge centre is all Cambridge has to do it is very boring still.

Stores are aplenty. While I miss Oliver and Bonacini's the remaining restaurants and food court offers a good variety of alternate choices. Zehr's and especially their seasonal garden centre is great. Love having the Apple Store, The Bay, the many boutique shops in one location.
Very nice place to shop
My friend & I went browsing in the mall to look for some gifts for a friend. It was a delightful experience to shop in this HUGE mall. There are many shops and places to find a snack. We looked at the coffee and cinnamon rolls. YUMMY.
I would visit this mall again.
Short Working Hours
Beautiful, bright place. I love to see people and be among people, so I loved the mall very much. It is a small version of Eaton with lots of shops and a bright food court. Working hours are not enough especially on Saturdays.

워털루 지역은 사실 관광객이 많이 찾는 도시는 아니지만 혹시 방문하는 사람이 있다면 여길 방문하기 추천해요. 영화관 갤럭시와 마켓 그리고 다양한 쇼핑거리가 있습니다.
Bright and Clean
The mall is easily accessible off King Street or off Hyw 85. The food court has a good selection of food kiosks that are well lit, clean, but has poor acoustics. The washrooms are cleaned and have good lighting as well. Major stores are Hudson Bay, The Gap, Melanie Lynn, Cleo, Winners and there is a grocery store, Zehrs. The Galaxy cinema is also located here. Plenty of parking and serviced by the bus system. The new LRT transit will connect this mall with Fairview Mall in 2017. There is a free city museum to visit that has rotating displays.
Large convenient mall.
Large mall with many stores. We had dinner in the food court, a great many selections to choose from. Zehrs at the other end of the mall.
Leisure
Waterloo as a whole a very nice place with universities, the Waterloo and Laurier, the finest ones recognized with its students all over there.The Mall itself is clean, outlets , shops, Restaurants beautiful.Reminds me of my student days.Thumbs up Waterloo

Great food court area. Nice selection of stores. Always clean washrooms . It us very easy to get around and find your way. Nice sorting areas and benches. Lots if free parking . Bravo!
Huge Food court and higher end stores
The mall was expanded a few years ago, so has a more modern shopping experience. The anchor stores are The Bay at one end, and Target at the other, unfortunately Target is now closed. There is a Winners inside and your usual chain stores. Hours are odd,closes at 6 on Saturdays. The food court is excellent, although it is always busy, you can always find a place to sit.
Good selection of stores
Nice mall with a wide selection of stores. Big food court and a lot of variety. Movie theater right next to the mall as well. Maintained well.
Wifi
Really really good Mall, I get mostly everything I need except WiFi...wish they would consider a free one sometime soon.

This mall is very good because it has stores like apple, winners, american eagle and Aeropostale if your looking for a good mall in Waterloo then this mall is the place to shop at.
Good for a walk
My husband brings me here regularly. There is a lot of selection here and the cinema nearby is also clean and has good sized screens. I enjoy my time here
