Good service, will come again. I bought doc marten Adrian loafers from here, they had a wide variety of loafers. I really do recommend this place to anybody who wants to purchase a pair of shoes, as they variety, service, and brands are unmatched.

Went in for one pair of shoes, left with three! We go back repeatedly for the great service, which is saying something when there is so many shoe stores in the mall. Our sales rep, Jordyn May, has served us before and she is very personable, kind and excellent at her job. Thank you for the great shopping experience!

Your store was busy! But this girl was multi tasking. Looking after 3 people at a time but she somehow made time to tell me about the shoes (I had her pull 4 different ones). She didn’t rush with me but somehow she didn’t rush with anyone but we all felt that she was meeting our needs perfectly. I will say… and if there are just cashiers and then just salespeople disregard the following. You could definitely see there are a couple of team members working very hard and a couple just standing behind the counter with little to no regard for the busy. And no inclination to assist the busy. Anyway I was beyond impressed by my salesperson. She should be in management.

We bought 3 pairs of shoes there yesterday for my wife and me, and had such a great experience. The manager and the salesperson (who’s currently in nursing school) were both incredibly helpful and patient while helping us find the right shoes. They took the time to answer our questions, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process easy

I like the Browns shoes store at Conestoga Mall, Waterloo. They have exceptional variety of men’s dress shoes, casual boots and winter boots. I give 5 star to their customer service. All executives are very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes brands they shows you.

My friend and I went to get some uggs, the sales people Isabella and Maja were wonderful. Isabella helped us find what we were looking for and Maja added to the nice atmosphere. Both Isabella and Maja provided great customer service.

I had the honour of being helped by I believe Jyanessa, pardon if I butchered her name. She was welcoming as soon as I walked into the store and knows the true meaning of amazing customer service, being not only professional but as well conservable. She was able to ask thought provoking questions to best suit my needs in what footwear she can recommend. After a little bit she gave me the best ones that I love and are comfortable in. Great service, great person all around!

Just wanted to say that Jyanessa was so helpful and kind with helping me find some shoes today. It is rare to get such great customer service. Usually I get a bit stressed having people come up to me and sell things but she made me fell so comfortable and not pressured at all!! I’ve never met someone so attentive (she read my mind and got me the perfect shoes within minutes of stepping through the entrance) I hope she is greatly appreciated for all her hard work :) thank you Jyanessa!

Typically I don't enjoy shopping at Browns as I find the associates overbearing & judgemental, only willing to help if you're making a purchase. This time I had a great experience. Jenna was super helpful, quick, efficient & overall very pleasant. I was in & out of the store within 10-15 minutes. Thank you, Jenna!

I had a great experience at Browns shoes Conestoga mall. I believe it was the manager of the store who helped me out. He was very patient with my many requests to try on several different pairs of shoes and when I finally decided on a pair of boots, I asked him if they’d be going on sale soon and he was honest with me and said yes..the sale would appear online a day sooner than instore. I got the second last pair online today. He was pleasant, attentive, didn’t mind chatting with me and really helped me out! A wonderful shopping experience! I will be back at Browns for sure!

First time purchasing a pair of Dr Martens from Browns at this location in Conestoga Mall. The customer service here is amazing both in store (shout out to Riley) 👍 and on the telephone. The store is very clean and well organized. Staff is always there to help with any questions you may have and extra services are suggested like stretching, if required. Will definitely be back ! I wanted to take a few minutes to post about our spectacular experience at the browns in Conestoga mall. It was my first time shopping at browns, purchased two pairs of shoes for my toddler and a pair of sandals for myself. The ladies at the store went above and beyond to help me while I shopped with my toddler. They entertained my eager to walk toddler so I could shop with some ease and purchase what we needed. Thank you so much ladies, you made our experience shopping for the right shoes so great!

I went to the Conestoga mall location to return a beautiful pair of boots I bought online because I wasn’t able to zip up the right boot fully. I was feeling a bit down and embarrassed that my leg didn’t fit in the boot. I had a lovely employee demonstrate a trick she uses to do up her own boots and it worked perfectly. I left with my boots in hand and feeling like a million bucks! I don’t know the employees name but she was wonderful, down to earth and made my day!! She worked Sunday morning and deserves some recognition. 5 start customer service. Keep up the great work!
