Amazing care.. procedure explained in detail. Complete with photos. No stone left unturned. Was a little uncomfortable but was quickly resolved. Getting this procedure was not my favorite thing to do but if it becomes necessary this is the place to go. Felt staff were attentive and concerned with my comfort and care. Thank you Coastal.
I saw the PA here and she was super attentive. I came in because of a "emergency visit" (rash) but after this appointment I decided to use her as my dermatologist!
I called this office as a new patient inquiring about an appointment, The receptionist offered me one within a week. Unfortunately, my appointment needed to be rescheduled since the provider had an emergency. They rescheduled my appointment for a week later. My appointment was at 1:45pm. I arrived at 1:30pm so I could fill out any needed forms. I was greeted promptly by the front staff. She offer paper or ipad to fill info out. Several times I had issues with the ipad and she assisted me without delay. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was called in to the room by thje medical assistant where she asked a few more questions. Within 2 minutes of geeting in the room Cortney N.P. arrived. She introduced herself and immediately asked me, if I had any questions or concerns I would like her to address during my visit. She explained everything prior to performing her exam of my skin. She give complete detailed explaination to me as she noticed marks in terms in could understand. If I had a question during the exam Cortney, N.P. would stop and listen to my question and provide an answer before she continued. Cortney, N.P. is amazing. ALthough she was very professional, her bedside manner and patience helped my relax and actually enjoy the visit. HonestIy, I enjoyed my entire experience with Coastal Dermatology Professionals and Staff members. I would recommend this Dermatology office to anyone that enjoys being treated with the highest quality of patient care. Sincerely, L R Dean
Krista and the entire staff was great. She did such a great review/exam that I feel very confident given my family history of skin cancer. I would recommend her to anyone!
I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr. S and especially Krista. They have gone above and beyond for my daughter. They're always professional, caring and personable. They take their time to answer all questions & concerns and never make you feel rushed. Thank you for all the help you have provided for our family.
