Dr. Diskin was AMAZING. On a routine eye exam he identified a problem that lead to a brain tumor being discovered. His manner was calm and he did not cause me to panic at any point. He was neither passive nor alarming, and he advised me to go the ER to avoid my care being delayed where I was admitted and a successful craniotomy was performed. After I was released Dr. Diskin even followed up with a phone call just to see how I was feeling and to let me know that he was keeping up with my progress. My family and I are forever grateful for Dr. Diskin's care, diligence, and expertise.

Clavenna Vusion Institute is excellen! It has professional staff which includes everyone who works there, not just the very skilled doctors. We drive from 40+ minutes each way which is time-consuming and absolutely worth it! Dr Fitzgerald saved the sight in my husband's left eye and he continues to help me have good vision. As a deaf person, they are awesome to me, too. It is a place where everyone is focused on good care of their patients/clients.

I have nothing but praise for the office personnel and especially Dr. Diskin. After seeing Dr. Clavenna (now retired) for over 25 years I now see Dr. Diskin even after moving to Indiana. After it was discovered I had a cornea problem, Dr. Diskin made sure I saw a specialist immediately and arranged an appointment the next day after seeing him. That to me is a doctor who really cares about his patients.

I had a severe ulcer in my eye, very painful. I went to my Primary doctor the first week. I was prescribed antibiotic drops. It didn't heal. I went to urgent care on a Friday afterwards( my Primary was closed!) I was prescribed a different antibiotic. It didn’t heal. So scary and painful. I went to Clavenna Vision Institute. The doctors there prescribed the correct meds and it started to heal in a few days. It took a while and they healed my eye. No damage. I’m so grateful. Thank you so much. I tell everyone.😊.

I just wanted to share for anyone considering LASIK eye surgery it has been the best decision I have ever made! I have perfect vision. No more glasses or contacts to deal with! The procedure was extremely easy and the recovery was even easier! I was walked through every step before and during and knew exactly what was going to happen, what sound it was going to make and how long it would last. It was quick and painless and Dr. Fitzgerald and the staff did such an amazing job! I was even back to work the next morning. I can’t say enough good things about Clavenna, they are not only the best ophthalmologist’s office I’ve been to, but the best medical provider in general. After spending about an hour calling around to different places because of blurry vision from a possible eye abrasion, I called Clavenna and after describing my symptoms the office staff expressed genuine concern and was able to get me in first thing the following morning! When I arrived everyone was very warm, welcoming and professional. When I met the Dr, he was no different and took great care and time to understand my symptoms. I told him that I didn’t have insurance, and there was absolutely no judgment, he remained understanding and was able to work with me. I can't express how amazed I am at this Institute. My husband had gone to Dr Clavenna so I flew back from California to have him remove very bad cataracts ( at my age). The office was professional and courteous. The night before my surgery the Dr called to see if I had an more questions or concerns! Then called the night of the surgery to see how I was and his nurse called in a few days. I don't believe there are a lot of Doctors who do this. My 5 year old son was flagged by our pediatrician to see an ophthalmologist, and we took him to Dr. Fitzgerald. What an amazing experience! We were greeted warmly by the office staff and did not have to wait long at all to get into an exam room. His tech, Brittany, was very patient and gentle and explained everything she was doing. The optician helped him select some frames he loves and graciously accommodated the whims of my 4 year old daughter as well. Dr. Fitzgerald was fantastic. Excellent outcome cataract surgery
I just wanted to share for anyone considering LASIK eye surgery it has been the best decision I have ever made! I have perfect vision. No more glasses or contacts to deal with! The procedure was extremely easy and the recovery was even easier! I was walked through every step before and during and knew exactly what was going to happen, what sound it was going to make and how long it would last. It was quick and painless and Dr. Fitzgerald and the staff did such an amazing job! I was even back to work the next morning.
