Went in to get some dress shoes to match my suit for grad and had the pleasure of being helped by Yasmina (absolute goat). I had zero clue on what to get and what was appropriate for the occasion, luckily Yasmina jumps in with the greatest recommendations and shoe knowledge you can find. She’s got incredible service and knows what shes talking about. If you’re headed to Browns try your best to get Yasmina, she wont disappoint. Writing this from my mom’s phone if anyone was wondering lol.
Bought some On shoes here recently, great atmosphere and really helpful staff. Florina was amazing, and helped me find the right size and colour, and went over the different styles and comfort levels of the shoes with me as well. Thanks Florina for all your help!
Just wanted to shout out Florina at this store, went above and beyond to find my size and even offered to order them for me to take advantage of free shipping. Super friendly and even gave me shoe care tips to keep my new runners clean!
Was greeted by Nastararn in the store number #68. She was pleasant , knowledgeable, direct, honest and efficient. Very quickly because of her quality service I bought three pairs of shoes. I thanked her and spoke with the manager on shift!

I am writing to provide feedback on one of your employees Belal Deni. Belal provided me with the most exceptional customer service the other day. I came in to purchase Blundstone boots. I have gone out to purchase Blundstones twice before but have always left empty handed because I find the choices overwhelming. Belal informed me that he himself wears Blundstones and he proceeded to walk me through all the different choices - winterized versus non-winterized, squared toe versus rounded toe, their grip implications, whether it hugs the ankle or not; as well as all the different colours available to me. I was completely indecisive, but he patiently brought out different sizes, styles and colours and encouraged me to walk around and see which one felt best. He was also full of useful tips on how to maintain them with protector spray and mink oil, how often to do it, and he demonstrated how it changed the colour of the boot making a little more dark when you applied the oil. Other useful tips included how to wear Blundstones, when to wear them and which styles are appropriate for office wear. Belal is just fantastic at his job, and I just had to leave a review and tell you what an asset he is to your team. Next, I needed to purchase some casual shoes Belal recommend some great options even some that were great prices with their additional 20% off he brought out many different styles but one he brought out that stood out from the others was the cole haan I was hesitant because it wasn’t on sale but he sold me on it due to the amazing comfort, great quality and water proof which is good to have living in Alberta. I felt more like I was shopping with a friend than just being sold shoes. The best customer service I’ve received. Thank you Belal for the service!!
Me and my mom went to the mall then seeing the winter boots from the floor so we went inside to then one of staff almost ran over come to us and started to help us. Her name is Alicia. She was very nice, kind and helpful staff. We were very surprised and impressed. She suggested to us good deal products than we wanted at the first time and it was even more comfortable so yes definitely we choose the one that she picked for us. Brownshoes should keep kind of this awesome staff. Also I was going to pay for mom’s boots then cashier even nice too.. what a bonus day. She told me Alicia’s name and wrote down for me just incase. Her name was Nislin. It was nice shopping and very happy to having a great service. We definitely coma back before winter’s gone!! Thank you ladies 🙏
My mom, sister, and myself have shopped at WEM Browns shoes 4 to 5 times across the calendar year of 2025. The energy is great. The shoe selection is vast. I want to give shoutouts to Assistant store manager Belal Deni & store manager Suhrab for looking after us during each of those visits. This is what I call exceptional customer service.
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this branch. The salesperson, Nastaran was very helpful. Even though the store was very busy, she made sure that I was taken care of and not neglected. She brought different shoes for me to try out, was very patient and made my experience an easy one. I will definitely shop there again.
Stopped by today to pick up a gift for my mom, and despite how busy it was, three different staff members and store manager checked in to see if I needed help. Their attention really stood out. Amazing service and this location has definitely earned a lifetime customer!

My husband and I recently bought sneakers and sandals from this store, and we had such a wonderful experience. The saleswoman, Nastaran, was extremely friendly, patient, and full of positive energy. I have foot pain, so choosing the right shoes is very important for me. She kindly brought me many different options to try on until I found the most comfortable pair. Lots of options, prices are reasonable, all the staff were so nice but I want to give a special shout out today to Brendan who helped me with my shoe size, though I know it’s part of his job to help customers but he was so nice, very pleasant and professional. I will definitely comeback. This store is highly recommended because everyone was so nice.
Visiting from Winnipeg and I bought a pair here that I wanted to wear right away. I didn’t want to buy new shoe protector because I have a few bottles at home. So they kindly sprayed my shoes for me so I can wear them out! Especially appreciated as it was raining today! Great service!

I visited Browns shoe store at West Edmonton Mall the other day and was so impressed by the treatment I got from the store manager Abdullah and all of his staff. I shopped for shoes for my elderly father and had couple of special requests that other stores could not fulfil. To have been welcomed with immediate solutions and in a humble elegant way was special to experience. I will definitely be shopping again at this Browns' location! :) Thank you everyone!

I would like to give 5 stars to Annik, manager at West Edmonton Mall branch. We had some issues with returning our items and there was an error in amount refunded with an employee at the counter. However, Annik stepped in immediately, listed us attentively, despite it was a super busy time for them (Black Friday), and offered a reasonable solution in very professional manner. I really appreciate that. 5 stars!
