As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman with a smile and waked me to the cash as I was exchanging something ..the 2 cashiers I dealt with were very friendly keep up the great customer service guys and look forward to shopping there again !!

Dorsa took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The overall customer service at this location was excellent, and you can really tell they care about their customers. I truly appreciated the professionalism and warm attitude. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Browns location, especially if you get the chance to work with Dorsa!

Here with my girl selecting a pair of winter boots for her. Paula being a cashier still helped us aaaaaaaaa LOT. We had plenty of questions and she gave us the best advice. Super passionate super nice to us and helped us found our boots. We felt that. I will come back to this store simply because of Paula being nice to us.

He was truly one of the best people I have ever dealt with in a retail environment. Norman was pleasant, kind, and incredibly helpful. His desire to assist both me and my Mom was unmatched. He was attentive, professional, and consistently had a smile on his face. While the entire team at Browns is fantastic—consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming without any attitude—my experience with Norman was simply outstanding. My experience at Browns was excellent! Manager Norman was very accommodating with my exchange, and sales associate Delroy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location.
I bought a pair of running shoes online 2 days earlier and had an issue with them. Brought them in to Browns at Vaughan Mills today and was so pleased with the service. From the gentleman who greeted me upon arrival and asked me if I was returning the item, and then escorted me to the cashier, to the (I believe) manager, who was called over to help with the return. He was so pleasant and helpful. He gave options and very quickly resolved the issue. Such great service, it reminded me why I love shopping at Browns.
