I visited this store today (May 20, 2025). I purchased 4 pairs of footwear online a week prior. Few days later, everything went on sale. I went to this store location to see if I could get price adjustment. I also returned a pair of shoes and I had to exchange another pair. The sales lady and the manager were very nice and I could see that they were genuinely happy to help me in the process. I truly appreciate this kind of service. It was an excellent service - no hassle. I understand that everyone will get different experiences but not everyday will be a good day. But today was great for me.
Wow we were so impressed with a store employee named Bruce in the Tsawwassen bc location!! It is so hard to get ok service let alone amazing service that we experienced with Bruce! He was not only so knowledgeable on the products they carry his customer service and genuine happiness to be helping a customers was unmatched! Bruce went way over and above what any employee would be asked to do!! I highly recommend this location and expecially dealing with Bruce!! She was kind, knoweldgable and a super rad human that represents the brand very well.

Recently I had a chance to visit the outlet mall and both my partner and I were blown away by this amazing man’s service. Kevin who is a store manager/supervisor at this location wowed us by providing a genuine care. I honestly never been impressed by any staff before in this brand as they seemed to be not genuine. Kevin was the first person who changed our perception to this chain. He says he worked in other locations and he enjoys his job very much and loves his company which really showed. Really.. someone like Kevin make your company successful because he really cared about customers and gave us a great service with meeting all the needs we had. We bought 7 pairs of shoes and will go back there and buy more just because of him.
The staff is amazing and super friendly. It's unfortunate that this branch doesn't have sizes 13+, but the selection is still great. Everyone was super professional.
