Norman was great - got 2 new pairs of shoes and was in and out super quick. The manager and cashier were also lovely. 10/10 recommend.
Excellent experience at Brown's. Salesperson was very helpful and seemed to know what type of shoes appealed to me. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and did not rush me to make a decion about my purchase.
I had a positive experience with sales representative Kelly at Brown Shoes at Eaton Centre! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes I was looking at and provided me with various sizes due to how they fit. We ended up finding the perfect pair and although the store didn’t have any more in my size she informed me I could pay for them now, and they would be ordered and sent to my home! Kelly was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I would come back to this store just to be taken care of by her! I didn’t feel pressured and trusted her opinions! Hi. Just had a great customer service experience at Browns, Eaton Centre. Two staff to call out: Nahin - fabulous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and warm, she was very patient as we had to keep trying different shoes and sizes... and also Ishna who checked me out, arranged for the shoes to be delivered and was also super friendly and professional. Browns has been around forever and great customer service is just one of the many reasons why.
I had a really great experience here. The customer service was honestly 10/10. Joey and Alvin took the time to really help me out, especially since I have a foot injury and needed something comfortable. They didn’t rush me at all and kept bringing different options until we found the right fit. You can tell they actually know what they’re talking about and care about helping customers, not just making a sale. That made a big difference for me. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you need a bit of extra help finding the right fit. I’ll be coming back for sure.
I went shopping and then bought support. Zara, the store manager, was very kind and served me with love and affection and I felt good. She did her best for me.

Great selection of quality shoes and boots with excellent sales staff. We were visiting from Ottawa and they recommended that we have them ship them to house for free. They arrived today as promised. We were looked after by Nigiel who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

I got a warm welcome and great service from a sales rep in this store (D295). She went out of her way to find the right pair of waterproof boots for this non-Canadian to wear on Toronto’s icy, snowy streets in winter. She cheerfully sorted sizes and answered questions to get me in the right boots, which were even on sale. Plus she made sure I can work the retractable ice grips on the soles. I could not be happier with my purchase or the service I received.
Sedighah, she is phenomenal. She deserves raise and appreciation from management and steak holders. The patience, clarity and calm personality is something you can’t expect in retail. Rodriguez, the assistant manager is great. Because of these two I will always look at Brown shoes.

Love this Brown Shoes store. From the manager to the staff, the employees at this store are courteous and helpful. We were there on the weekend, and the manager tried to fix a shoe that my husband damaged, and while he wasn't able to due to the immense damage, the care and attention he took as well as the suggestions for where we could go to try and repair it were above and beyond. Our salesperson was also very nice and not to overbearing as you find in many commission style stores.
A great store with so many kinds of shoes to choose from. Also, the staff members are always around and ensure that customers are well taken care of and find what they are looking for. I want to give a special shoutout to Fatiha Maisha, who was very kind and professional when I talked to her. I'm not sure how long she's been with the store, but I can tell that she has such incredible potential, especially in customer service.
The store is nice and offers plenty of options to choose from. The shoes are of good quality, and Browns staff provided friendly and helpful customer service today. However, the cashier appeared to struggle with fitting the shoe into the box, forcing it in without success, and eventually gave up, leaving it improperly packaged. Attention to detail matters.
I purchased these shoes without even needing to see them in person to know they were incredibly elegant. I trust that Alvin knows what he’s talking about, so I didn’t hesitate to buy them. An excellent sales agent and a great collection.

Busy store but staff are experts at handling many customers at one and with talent. It's clear the staff like each other too which makes for a pleasant shop. The size i needed was at a second location in rather mall but it was in the store in very little time. Gentleman was professional a d knew his shoes. Was super happily to get the platform gazelles in red with pink stripes finally
Upon arriving into Browns we were greeted by Vito who was super friendly, attentive and patient. He was quick to check our sizes and answer any questions. We will definitely come back just for Vito's service! :)

Some of the best shoe service I've received in a while. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. Meet Varma was particularly patient with us as we tried on nearly 10 pairs of shoes.
