Great customer service at Browns!! Paola put my shoes on hold when I called to ask if they had the chisel toe winter thermal Blundstones. Alexa was very helpful, kind and patient! I was grateful for the amazing customer service she provided. She got me different pairs and sizes to try on because Winter thermal fit differently than regular Blundstones. She also was detail oriented and double checked that the insoles and their sizes were the correct ones for the Blundstone boots. I really appreciated her work ethic, her helpfulness and for her going the extra mile to double check on things. I highly recommend this store because of her great customer service! Another employee whom I didn’t catch their name ( she had black hair) was nice too and went to back to see of they had extra insoles in my size.

I just brought in a pair of shoes to return. It was past the 30 day window by about 10 days, the shoes were dirty from wearing them outside, and I didn't have the box I bought them in. I explained that after 40 days the shoes were still making my feet bleed, so the manager allowed me to exchange them anyway. Needless to say, I was very happy with the customer service, and I'll be sure to do all my shoe shopping here going forward.

Today I visited the browns shoes to buy a branded one. I am 150% satisfied with the customer services, especially Mehregan, she is very professional and have excellent attitude towards the customers. Went into Browns and was greeted by Tolou. She is an example of a 5 star employee. I don't buy shoes often as I am not into fashion. She made me feel confident and comfortable with the shoes we chose together. She is so bubbly and had a big smile on her face. I have never been so happy leaving a shoe store. I have gotten so many compliments on them already. Thank you Tolou for making me feel like a Queen!!!
I am absolutely content with the diversity here. I was shopping with my mom who just came to Canada from Chile for boots. Omar helped us along with two other ladies in Spanish. The three of them provided excellent service and dedication. I will definitely come back this black Friday for more deals and outstanding service.

I was looking for a new pair of shoes and went down to Browns in the core .I must say, the level of customer service I received from one of the store associates, Xiaofan. And the store manager,Jennifer. was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. They answered all my questions about the products. I got exceptional customer service, Truly made my shopping experience amazing. Definitely will come back again and suggest to my friends!
I left my water bottle when I shopped with friends at Browns ,Core at the store closing time on the last night visited CS. Next day I got calls from the Browns , Jennifer told me that will delivery the bottle to me to Vancouver,BC without charge. Thank you Jennifer ,thank you Mehregan ,Thank Browns!

I have shopped at the Browns location in The Core, Calgary several times and been served by Jennifer Ogwal. Everytime she has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. She provides me with great suggestions to suit my needs. Jennifer's product knowledge and consistent, courteous service continues for me to return to the location as I am confident I will always receive exemplary service on every visit.
My friend needed shoes rather quickly and we weren’t sure how to go about it. The associate Azra was absolutely phenomenal and helped us with no sweat. We definitely will be coming back and owe her!

Had a pair of MK shoes start to fall apart after only wearing them to work over the course of a couple of weeks. The return policy only allows unworn items, but the ladies at the counter were super understanding and exchanged a new pair for me without any hassle. They gave some great recommendations for the same brand and were very knowledgeable.
