I’ve been to this store a couple of times and have bought shoes from Zalfa each time. She always goes above and beyond to help and make the experience great. She’s also always dressed in amazing fashion style! Zalfa is honestly a fantastic employee! She is friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m always happy to buy from her and look forward to coming back again :)
Hi all, I was shopping at the store which located at San Luran mall. There’s a cute lady her name is Muska Ahmed. She helped me a lot and she was very patient with me to listen what to my order and help to find what am I looking for. I highly recommend for anyone to ask about her to help and find what you want. Absolutely amazing service at St Laurent store , Darcy and Victoria helped me so much, I had a issue with sizing, they measure my feet and find the model for my best fit, they really care about each customer, so happy I visited this location
Victoria today, was beyond amazing and her customer service was amazing, I had a default from a pair of Uggs, and she really helped me out. Customer service now a days really sucks, so it was nice to have someone listen to my concerns and find a soloution and actually help me. I hope she is recognized for her exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning more often because of this. Thank you again,

But I never forgot about you and your phenomenal customer service! And I knew I was going to sit down and take my time to write you this review at some point. It just so happened to be today lol (I have adhd). (Anyway! don't know if you'll remember me but I'll try to be as specific as I possibly can! I came in with my mango bubble tea, a few shopping bags, I was wearing shoes with socks and I told you I used to be a size 9 but I think my feet outgrew that size. Oh and another thing! I came in with dresses that I bought that I showed you, and we also talked about liking darker colors especially black. Anyway I wanted to find some heels that would go well with them. By the end of the transaction I had asked if I could write a survey for you. And I had told you I would either write my review for you on the survey link I'd get to my email or on Google reviews. By the way the survey link sent to my email is a very generalized survey, didn't ask me for my receipt information, so the feedback was not going to reach you. That's why I'm writing this review on here). You were very patient with assisting me that day, helped me and let me try on as many sandals/heels as I wanted and gave me your personal opinion. You really hit all the check marks for great customer service. I hope you get the recognition you deserve and that you get promoted and rewarded. I was very lucky to have you assist me that day, you were quick to help and assist but not in a way that made me feel rushed. I didn't tell you, but I was actually in a major rush that day I had an hour before my work shift began and plus I needed these new sandal heels by the following morning since I was leaving for an early bus to go to Toronto. I got my new sandal heels

I went there to change a pair of winter boots (under warranty), the Shop Manager was kind and professional as well as the staff. Thanks a lot
I'd place an order in store for my shoes where they didn't have my size. As I was helped fairly well for the shoes that I want. But arrived a couple of days after. Pick them up shoes are good. Customer service was good and decent. Would come again.
My wife and daughter were looking for some shoes and the customer service guy attended them very well and give them a lot of options, great experience
This is a great shoe/boot store with plenty of stock. They had stock where other shoe stores had ran out of the popular items.

This is the best shoe store I've ever been to in Ottawa. The customer service is above and beyond and the staff is the friendliest I've ever seen. The shoes they have are fashionable and very comfortable. Thank you Jude, Zaynab, Victoria, and Johnny for your amazing service!
