A big shout out to Lena. My husband and I went there today to get shoes for him. She was so patient with him and went out of her way to find him the right shoes. And it wasn’t just him, I watched how she serviced the other customers as well and she was so patient with them all and efficient and went the extra mile for everyone. That young lady does her job really well. Any business should be proud to have her as an employee. She’s going to do well in life no matter where she goes.

I had a great experience at Browns in Square One. A special thank you to Bedriye and Abdullah. That said, the entire team was welcoming, polite, helpful, and amazing from the moment I walked in, which really made the experience stand out. I did purchase a pair of shoes, and the entire process was very smooth. It never felt rushed and was truly customer focused. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location.
Darren (from Browns, Square One) was amazing and assisted me & my family in selecting Business Casual Shoes. He had the skillset & absolute willingness to help us select the best pair for us. We appreciate that he did put efforts in understanding our needs and make recommendations accordingly. When it comes to Customer Service, Mr. Lucia and Darren set the bar high! Me & my Spouse shop a lot and we are seasoned shoppers. We can not recall our last footwear shopping to be such a great experience, unless ofcourse we were in a Jimmy Choo Store! Came to Browns thinking it’s just another shoe store but I was happily surprised. The service was amazing, Anita was so friendly and helpful with any questions and got me multiple sizes to try on. She even offered water while waiting for the sizes and I told her this is my first time having this much service at a shoe store haha. Everyone there was so helpful I’ll definitely recommend this place to others!

Had a small issue with my on shoes. I spoke with Evan who is the assistant manager, and told him about the issue with the shoes. He handled it professionally and I got my shoes exchanged for a new pair. Excellent customer service! Keep up the good work. 👍
We had an amazing experience at this store while shopping for winter boots on Nov 9, sunday. Even though the store was busy, an associate—I think her name was Anita—checked on us right away while my wife was trying a pair. She was SO attentive, checking on us multiple times without us even asking, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit. My wife is a size 6 but had picked up a size 8, and she made sure we didn’t end up buying the wrong size. Instead of upselling, she educated us on proper sizing, guided us through the best options, and even helped us place an online order for the perfect pair. Her honesty, professionalism, and warm attitude truly made our experience 10× better. Outstanding customer service—she absolutely deserves recognition!
I originally came in just to buy shoes, but the amazing customer service from Khwaish is what’s going to bring me back to this exact store. Even though the store was really busy, she gave me her full attention and made the process super easy. I mentioned that I recently had surgery, and she went out of her way to recommend shoes that would be best for my situation. Her patience, kindness, and genuine smile made the whole shopping experience at Browns so amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back to shop more because of her and the exceptional service she provided.
I’ve been to this location a couple times and I’ve never been helped as well as Maria helped me, she told me she’s only been working there for 2 days but it truly felt like I was being helped by a professional! She also did an amazing job connecting with us and asking me what I specifically needed! I really hope the sale went to her as the cashiers were confused on who was helping me, even after saying who helped me. 10/10 Maria!!
I came in with my girlfriend today to get her a pair of Dr Martens for our anniversary. We found the pair she wanted and asked for a size. Aneeta was the rep that helped us out and she was amazing! She brought out two different sizes and then some insoles to make sure the shoes were comfortable and a proper fit. Aneeta also gave us advise on using the mink oil with the Docs to make sure they were properly taken care of. We ended up going with the pair of Docs and insoles she suggested! Aneeta is super knowledgeable, sweet, and always kept checking in with us during our entire visit. Thank you so much, Aneeta!

The sweetest girl helped me at browns last week. I was so stressed doing my Christmas shopping and Shanzae was so kind and helpful. I made her get me many shoes and she was so patient while I weighed my options. Square one is a zoo during the holiday season but she made it a better experience!
