I had an outstanding experience at this store thanks to Belal. From the moment I walked in, he was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. He listened to what I needed, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed. Belal’s product knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s rare to find service this good anymore. Simply put, Belal is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to deal with. He made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, and I walked out with exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was how thorough he was. He asked great questions about fit and comfort, explained the differences between styles and materials, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. The level of care and professionalism Belal bring’s is exactly what keeps customers coming back. Five stars all the way, and I’ll definitely be asking for him again on my next visit.
I had a great experience at this Browns store, and I would like to especially mention how helpful Raunak was (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name). I visited the store to discuss an issue with my Pajar shoes, and Raunak assisted me with the warranty process. He took care of my concern with full courtesy and patiently explained the entire process in a very polite and professional manner. He also provided a solution right away, which I truly appreciated. Because of this experience, I would always prefer going to this location to purchase shoes. The entire staff is very professional and courteous. I would also highly recommend this store to my friends and family for buying their products. Thank you, Raunak, for your excellent help!
I went there based on a friend’s recommendation, they have very good collection of winter boots and foot wear, special thanks to “Marta” she was very helpful and respectful and shows so much patience with me till I got the boots I want.

Had an alright experience in the store with the staff being either very attentive or brushed us off. Also made some awkward comments about the shoes we wanted to try on. Very clean and organized store.

Just picked up a pair of On Cloud shoes from Browns and I couldn’t be happier! I had been searching everywhere for these, and Hasty and Ron made the whole experience effortless. The sales associate was very attentive and helpful in finding me the right shoe for my needs. I needed to go half a size down so they ordered the shoe in for me on a Sunday afternoon and I received the shoes at my doorstep by Wednesday afternoon. I am very happy with the customer service.

Went to browns to get myself 1 pair of shoes and came out with 3 for me and 1 for my boyfriend. Obviously I have a shoe problem but I also was swayed by the attentiveness and kindness from the lady who assisted me. It's hard to find help when you are in a retail setting now a days and they made it a comfortable shopping experience. Kudos to this location.. will be back even though it's over an hour from me!
I was in Browns and was helped by Sam. I learned that she is a manager not an associate there but yet helped me with her amazing knowledge, experience and honesty. One great thing was that she knew when to give me some space to browse and decide and when to approach to help and suggest. Also, it was reassuring that I felt that I was helped in a manner as if she would purchase for herself, with the same level of honesty and care. Sam recommended every options considering my style with patience and asked where and how much I will be wearing the shoes to decide on the best one. She did not get frustrated by bringing different shoes and sizes and finally explained how to take care of the shoes for more durability. I do recommend shopping in Browns in Southgate with their wide range of options and such great staff.
I went in to make an exchange on a shoes bought on line. Razvan greet it me right away as soon as I walked in. Then she took the box from me and escorted me to the tailor where the gentleman wa very nice and helped me. Razvan and Sam help me choose another pair of shoes both were amazing. Very great customer service through the store with a very wide range of shoes selection
I’ve shopped at this location several times and the service is always on point, staff is helpful and give you space to look around, bring out the product all the while remaining friendly and helpful.
They also have a great selection, doesn’t help my crazy shoe addiction something I’m afraid I’ve passed on to my daughter !
I found my work safety Blunnies in my preferred color, who said you can’t look stylish sporting work boots & platform Doc Martens for my daughter. She was over the moon!!
In this economy it’s not just about the product but also the service provided and this location has always given us great service.

We came in last week to buy boots, Sam was so helpful and knowledgable about every single brand. Browns wasn't my choice of store now I feel I was wrong.
I had such an amazing experience at the Southgate Browns store. Aynnik was so helpful and knowledgeable, she knew exactly what I was looking for. I was treated with the best customer service. I really liked how she gave me many different selections which allowed me to choose the best fit. Shivani was also exceptional she was such a great listener and made sure to get exactly what I was looking for. I was so grateful to have received such great customer service. This is a great location and the staff know exactly what they are doing. I would definitely come back and tell all my friends and family to go check them out.
On September 20th I commented on Facebook how unhappy I was with the fact that I received an ad for Browns Shoes, fell in love with a pair of sneakers and when I tried to order them online they didn't even show up as an item they offered. It was both frustrating and disappointing! I was put in contact with Edmonton District Manager Annik Garceau and she went above and beyond looking into why this happened and if it would be possible for me to purchase a pair. Her extra effort paid off in both figuring out why this happened, extremely popular shoe with limited quantities, and potentially finding a pair in my size!! In a world that is increasingly online it is easy to forget how much of an impact amazing customer service has on a person. Anniks actions in this situation will have me going to Brown's whenever I need footwear! She is an amazing representative for Brown's Shoes and her commitment to resolving this in the best possible way for me was outstanding!!!!

I had a great experience at Browns southgate location! I was warmly welcomed by Leen. She was very sweet and patient. Leen helped me find exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Her friendliness and patience made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Going forward I will always shop at browns as their customer service and products never disappoint. Top notch customer service. Quality footwear. I bought a pair of men’s UGG boots and they have passed the test of time. I’ve even mudded out the boots and left them wet for a few days in my trunk, to then clean them and find they are still just as good as new!
Staff are very helpful and there is a large selection. We just had issues finding the proper size in stock.
