Browns has an excellent selection of size 11 women's shoes, unlike most stores that only go up to 10. I normally don't buy online as I don't know how they're going to fit, but with the quality of the shoes I knew they would fit just right. Delivery was quick and I'm very satisfied.

I am very impressed with Browns customer service. I purchased a pair of sandals on line. I hesitated to order without trying them on, especially since the sandals I wanted were only available in full sizes. I received them and they were too small but I was able to return the smaller size and purchase the larger size very easily and quickly. The price even dropped in the process so I saved money too!! I haven't received the larger size yet but it seems like a win to me!!

Susan was the most helpful associate I have ever had the pleasure interacting with. Very polite and knowledgeable. She got every single shoe for me to try on easily, and then when the pair of shoes I wanted was not in the store she gave me an accurate time frame of how long it would take her to get them. I returned in the time frame, went to the register and was on my way. I will only shop at Browns when I am at the Eaton center, I have had such terrible customer service at other stores.

Browns always has very good service, but if you really want to experience excellent customer service, you should visit this branch. The manager and the staff here are amazing. Every time I come, everything feels easy, smooth, and very comfortable. Today I was there, and Qudus helped me. He was very fast and supportive because I already knew I was looking for walking shoes. He quickly understood what I needed and helped me right away. Atiyeh was also very kind and helpful and lovely. They are both very friendly and professional, and in my opinion, this is one of the best Browns branches. I always enjoy coming here.

Two staff to call out: Nahin - fabulous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and warm, she was very patient as we had to keep trying different shoes and sizes... and also Ishna who checked me out, arranged for the shoes to be delivered and was also super friendly and professional. Browns has been around forever and great customer service is just one of the many reasons why.

Joey and Alvin took the time to really help me out, especially since I have a foot injury and needed something comfortable. They didn’t rush me at all and kept bringing different options until we found the right fit. I got a warm welcome and great service from a sales rep in this store (D295). She went out of her way to find the right pair of waterproof boots for this non-Canadian to wear on Toronto’s icy, snowy streets in winter. She cheerfully sorted sizes and answered questions to get me in the right boots, which were even on sale. Plus she made sure I can work the retractable ice grips on the soles. Love this Brown Shoes store. From the manager to the staff, the employees at this store are courteous and helpful. We were there on the weekend, and the manager tried to fix a shoe that my husband damaged, and while he wasn't able to due to the immense damage, the care and attention he took as well as the suggestions for where we could go to try and repair it were above and beyond. Our salesperson was also very nice and not to overbearing as you find in many commission style stores.

My pair is crispy clean! No scuffs. (Unlike the ones I purchased from the actual company that makes these.) I received them within 48 hrs tops! The box was sitting at my doorstep while I was looking for Blackfriday deals online. I saw a store who had an other model priced 10$ lower than Browns. Decided to check their Google reviews which weren’t good. So i decided to check the reviews for browns and saw some negative ones. I proceeded to quickly open up the package and take a look…. How satisfy I was when I seen no marks/scuffs on the Nubuck. So clean. Thanks to the team at Browns! I will definitely do business with You in the near future. Note: I personally wouldn’t count on or even believe some of these reviews. I saw one who was nagging about Paladiums being ‘Not waterproof’. That’s Palladium’s fault not browns? Lol I’m also the type to believe some of the negative reviews are from competitors. Either way, I’m really happy with my transaction.

Now I don’t usually write reviews but after a long day at work, and seeing that’s UGG were on sale (which never happens) I decided to head to the eaton center and pick up some new winter boots. Now let me tell you it was an AMAZING experience!!!!!!! Giuseppe and Ryan both greeted me from different angles, and right away offered their assistance. Giuseppe was kind and let Ryan take the lead, but still chatted and helped decide on what’s the best boot. I was unsure between two UGG boots, and a third I was eyeing didn’t have my size- but Ryan got right on the computer and told me they could ship it to my house. I decided upon a pair and had the one shipped to my house, so headed to the check out. Where Orianne assisted me, she double checked my address was correct (which I truly appreciate) and processed my sale. All three of these employees were an absolute pleasure to come across after a long tiring day- they were so friendly, helpful and experts in assisting me make the right choice for the long cold winter that’s around that corner. Browns shoes- you should truly appreciate these three employees!! They made the rest of my day and I’m loving my new boots and super excited for my other ones to come right to my door :)

I had a great experience today at Browns Eaton Centre location! I knew what boot I was looking for and easily found it on display. A man named Daniel saw I was looking for a size and helped me immediately. There was only one left in my size but unfortunately the right side of the pair had been misplaced. He apologized and offered right away to order it for me or check another location!! He came back with great news that as he was about to check another location he noticed there was another pair in my size in their offsite stock location. The team was very quick and got it in a timely manner! Daniel was very kind and helpful. And on things she didn't know too well, she made sure that she asked the appropriate individual who was more well informed of the appropriate method/product. This review is for Browns Online Shopping. I also went into the Eaton Centre Store and received excellent customer service, and I was only purchasing 3 pair of men's slides. Online Ordering: Browns has an amazing free refund policy, so I was able to purchase a number of items, in differing sizes, knowing some would be returned. The shipment arrived within the timeframe specified, and included was a printed out return shipping label, so no printer required. I returned the items that didn't work out and received a refund within a week or two, which is standard returns time if you shop online. I used their chat function and telephone customer service and received the same quality of customer service. The selection of shoes and bags is the best I could find online, and that includes prices. I highly recommend Browns Shoes.

Amazing customer service, I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought 3 weeks ago and was defected. I went to the store at the Eaton Centre in the lower level (in front of the Nike Store). I was greeted by Hristo Tiholov, an amazing manager. He immediately addressed the situation and was very understandable and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. It was my first time buying a shoe from Brown's and because of his customer service, I will only buy shoes from them. Highly recommended.

I walked into this amazing store yesterday with my wife while waiting for our daughter's surgery to complete near by. I went there because the shoes i purchased two weeks earlier and had been wearing them for that long , are actually big on my feet. But Alaa Eter, the store Manager was totally understanding, empathetic, professional , positive and offered me a replacement (with a smiling attitude). Now what elese could I have possibly asked? Not much at all because I already got more than what I was enttiled for. Great job Alaa and your employee behind the registry who was as sharp and quick as a super intelligent robot and found me on your system within seconds. I bought a pair of platforms a month and a half ago and one cracked in the middle for no reason. When I took them into the store to see what their policy was in a situation like this, I was greeted by a very helpful manager who asked for a new pair to be brought out and exchanged for the broken ones immediately. It’s customer service like this that will keep me coming back to this wonderful retailer.
