I recently purchased shoes from this location. Sales associate "Claudia" was extremely helpful with her insights and opinions. Her energy mixed with honesty and attention to detail was very much appreciated . I will be back to purchase more shoes due to her kindness and positivity.

The worker Michael, who helped me was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. It made the whole shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable.
I came into this store on Saturday and tried on few pairs of shoes. I had found 4 pairs that i really liked but couldnt buy all four☺️Tavleen the assistant manager was very patient and kind. This is one of my favourite shoe stores!
I recently purchased a pair of boots from Browns. Within 3 weeks they developed a tear at a seam. I was dreading trying to return them. The customer support staff, the store manager at the Sherway location and the staff at Vaughan Mills all did an outstanding job of helping me find a replacement and taking the defective boots back. What could have been a painful experience ended up creating long term customer loyalty. Great job and thank you!

Browns in Sherway Gardens is my go-to store! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Yulia is amazing — she’s helped me find the perfect fit and style several times and always has great tips on how to pair shoes with different outfits. She is an asset to the company.

Absolutely wonderful experience this Tuesday. Walked through the whole mall and realized that my current shoes were absolutely killing my feet. Walked into Browns and a lady (I was told her name was Yogi? Sorry if I'm mispelling) met me at the front. I told her my issues with finding shoes and she made the perfect recommendation. Got the shoes today and I couldn't be happier. So much preasure taken off of my feet. Thank you SO much for your wonderful customer service and amazing recommendation. I couldn't be more grateful!

We enjoyed shopping here. Ashlee did an amazing job helping us out. She went all and beyond to find the shoes my fiancé and I would like. The checkout was super fast and professional. I saw some bad reviews about selling the shoe care products, but it didn’t bother us. We were offered such products, but I know that it’s just a part of their job to promote the products so we just politely rejected it. This store needs more people like Ashlee. ❤️

I am happy about my purchase from Browns. I purchased Timberland snow boots, they are comfortable and keep my feet warm. The service that I liked the most was they chose to deliver my shoes as my size was out of stock when I visited the store.
