They have the latest trends and prices were not that bad.. service is great. Abdul and Ali were great. Definitely can recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Browns have stepped up their game and lot of competition for other guys. Come and visit Browns at STC and check their inventory and feel the customer service.

I visited this location recently to exchange a size & do a return and found every staff member to be friendly and helpful. It’s a rarity nowadays. I had called earlier and they made sure they had what I was looking for and set it aside for me. The environment of the store was also very nice and non-stressful. The store was busy but staffed well.
This weekend being apart of the holiday shopping season, the stores are crowded and chaotic, as the season warrants. My husband and I stepped into brown with goal in mind. 1 timberland butter boots. We left with moon boots, cross and Tim's. The extra 2 boots came from the Gold standard of customer service and over all lovely personality of (sale associate ☆Israell) I hope i have spelt her name correctly. She was amazing! Thank you for your help, recommendations and overall sweet personable demeanor. Israell made a my shopping experience even better. 🤍

My husband and I visited this store this Sunday and the sales rep Gisela helped us with our purchase and treated us with respect. We are used to receiving subpar service at some places because of our ethnicity but Gisela was an excellent help from the moment we stepped into the store till we made our purchase and left. It was a memorable shopping experience.
Suzy was an attentive shop assistant, hardworking and knowledgeable. Brown's has the most extensive selection of tall boots amongst the other shoe shops there.
Had a great experience at this location. Had a pair of Ugg boots that I had to exchange the size and the cashier Teetair was very helpful and kind.
I had a wonderful time at the store yesterday. I went to try on some Blundstone boots and Marzia went above and beyond for me. She answered all my questions with patience and a big smile! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for boots!

I shopped this location looking for a pair of mens dress shoes. Was immediately greeted by a couple of staff upon entering the store and was then shown a couple of styles (mens dress shoes) by one of the staff. Although they did not really have what I was looking for I was impressed by the service and will remember that and may return because of that positive experience.
