Très belle expérience chez Browns Outlet grâce à Gloria (le 27 décembre 2025). Elle a été extrêmement professionnelle, patiente et vraiment à l’écoute. Elle nous a très bien conseillés et a pris le temps de nous guider sans jamais pousser à l’achat. Cette expérience montre clairement que ce n’est pas seulement la marque qui compte, mais surtout le service à la clientèle et l’attention portée aux clients. Huge selection. Prices vary wildly but even with 80% 'off' you can pay $175+. I found the service sharp and attentive. Update: June 2025: Purchased 2 pairs of shoes here and reside in New Brunswick where there are no Browns/B2 retail locations. Contacted Browns customer support team who were amazing with offering a solution to return one pair. I appreciate the super fast service, concession and attention to detail. Merci.

I just came to this Browns store for the first time yesterday and had the best experience. Despite it being Easter and the store being PACKED with people, a nice gentleman with short black/brown hair and glasses came over and helped me right away. I asked him for a few different shoes while walking around looking at the options. I came in, got served, and left a happy customer with the shoes I wanted on my feet in like 15 minutes. Incredibly efficient and attentive service despite the store being very busy, I was very impressed by him and the cashier who checked me out after for both being so pleasant with a store that busy. I will be shopping at this location again for sure!
