Browns shoes is located on the main floor of Polo Park Mall at 1485 Portage Ave. They have a great selection of men’s and women’s casual, formal and sports footwear. The prices are mid/high but the staff is very friendly and they are constantly introducing new and trendy products. Free parking is available. I highly recommend as it’s a good place to shop for footwear.
I bought boots and was very pleased with the service! A girl named Polina LELE helped me with my choice, she was very attentive and friendly. Thank you for your professionalism and pleasant communication! I recommend this store.

Really helpful employees. Special shout out Cassy! She helped multiple times when I came into the store. I had a slide that had a problem, she helped me find the receipt and do an exchange.

I was last week at store in Polo Park and I’m so happy with my experience! Stuff is extremely nice and helpful.
The girl who was serving me (Agata) had so much knowledge about shoes she sold to me (Hooka)! So funny because I ended up with two pairs that I didn’t expect I would need, I got runner and lemon jelly slides.
I love the selection and the customer service in this store.

Purchased winter boots that had defective stitching on the inside seam, I explained that I just finished using a can of leather protection, and I was not compensated but urged to buy another can. Poor customer service...
