Purchased shoes yesterday at the Brown's location on Robson Street. I was really happy with the service provided by Misheel. No sales pressure...just very helpful and attentive... gave me great suggestions on shoes that met my criteria. Thank you Misheel! I will be back.
I had a really great experience at the store thanks to one of the male sales associates (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing black glasses). He was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. He made me feel welcomed right away and took the time to help without making me feel rushed at all. His attitude and level of customer service really stood out. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. It’s the kind of professionalism and warmth that every sales associate should have. He made the whole shopping experience much more enjoyable, and I wanted to make sure his excellent service was recognized.
Was assisted this evening by Miguel, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
My girlfriend and I had a great experience with Miguel in store. He was super helpful, friendly, and really took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they find what they need. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had, she loves her new taekwondo mei ballet adidas thanks again, Miguel!
Such a lovely shoe buying experience of my first, Wishbone, pair of shoes ~ & my first Brown Shoe's visit. Awesta's spectacular work ethic in helping guests in every way shines bright. And all her colleagues at the purchase desk are so amazing. They were all swarming around with smiles & most lovely camaraderie in helping us & each other. & so very helpful upon my return to pick up my first Wishbones. I visited your store today and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Andy (sorry if I got the name wrong) was very helpful and polite. He helped me choose sneakers and gave useful advice on how to keep them clean.

The young salesperson at Browns in the Pacific Center named Ervin Salvatierra deserves positive recognition. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills especially for someone so young. He went above and beyond and I want to say Thank You . I love my new shoes!!
Good store if you seek the quality shoes which are hard to find elsewhere. The prices are more or less reasonable.
I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Javier at the Browns Shoes Pacific Centre location. I originally bought a pair of shoes from the Guildford location and was told they’d be delivered a few days before my trip. Unfortunately, FedEx delayed the package (basically held it hostage 😅), and it ended up being the day before my trip with no shoes and a ton of last-minute errands to run. None of the stores near me had the size I needed available, but the Pacific Centre location did. That’s when Javier came in and completely saved the day. He was SO incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely empathetic. I honestly felt like he was stressed for me! He listened to my concerns, including the fact that I’d never driven downtown before and was nervous about the roads compared to Surrey/Delta. Javier went above and beyond—he even tried to help me set up an Uber package delivery (which was its own headache since the app kept insisting he come outside to hand it over). He was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I got my shoes before my flight. His patience, dedication, and kindness truly blew me away. I’ll forever be grateful for the time and care he put into helping me. Browns honestly needs to give this man a raise or promotion—employees like him are rare. From now on, I’ll be buying my shoes from this location specifically because of him. Browns, you’ve got an absolute star on your team!
The employee who assisted me (I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful and friendly. Please make sure this positive review gets sent to his manager. This was on July. 20th at around 4PM. If it helps find out who the employee is - he is the one who helped me with the purchase of 2 pairs of On shoes in all black.

I cannot let you know how amazing Browns is! I was looking for a shoe and each store I contacted was amazing! First store was Coquitlam in person, sales rep greeted me right away and was super helpful when the store was really full and took the time to find stores that may have the shoe in stock. I then called pacific center, super helpful on the phone didn’t have the shoe but let know of another location that may have it and lastly Richmond Center. They had the shoe and again super helpful, she doubled checked to make sure it was in stock and placed it on hold. I went to Richmond centre and picked it up again with great customer service! Their store was really busy too! Thank you all! Sorry I didn’t get names!
