Excellent service! Welcoming, fast and efficient! They did not have the color or my shoe size so they dispatched someone to get it for me from another store, it took only 15 minutes! I am a very happy customer!
Customer service was really good and welcoming. They had the pair I was looking for at a different store and the guy drove there and back to deliver them to me. Only reason it's not 5 star is because they felt pretty pushy, and salesy. But still a good experience

Service exceptionnel chez Browns Dix30! J’ai récemment acheté des souliers ON au magasin Browns du Dix30, et j’ai eu droit à un service hors pair! Un immense merci à l’assistant gérant Aneese ainsi qu’à sa collègue Justine, qui m’ont offert un accueil chaleureux, un service personnalisé et vraiment agréable. Ils ont pris le temps de bien me conseiller et de répondre à toutes mes questions, ce qui m’a permis de faire un excellent choix. C’est sans aucun doute le meilleur service que j’ai reçu en magasin depuis longtemps. Je recommande vivement cette boutique et cette équipe qui est formée et menée de main de maître par Aneese! I was looking for general / aviation use dress shoes and I’ve received fantastic service from Giuseppe and Vincent! Giuseppe is such a professional regarding shoes and he goes over and beyond for customer’s satisfaction , such a sharp dressed gentleman. Vincent greeted and helped me with my shoes size and at the cashier and it was very pleasant to be served by a warm hearted person. Thank you so much ! will definitely come back to this exact location and hope to see these two gentlemen again 🙂
Fantastic customer service! I walk in and I am warmly greeted. The manager (Joy) always remembers me, a nice smile, a friendly handshake, a how are you? The staff looks like they really enjoy their work and they are also quite knowledgeable. Just a great ambience, I won’t go to any other Browns store. Keep up the great work!
