Leah was amazing. She suggested a pair of shoes I wouldn’t even have considered, but when I tried them on, they were perfect. I also bought the shoe cleaner she recommended because she was so great, I knew I could trust her recommendation on the cleaner
The lady that served us was friendly and helpful. We came for winter boots and what they had are not for wide feet!

We had the best experience buying winter boots. Joanna, (the manager) offered great guidance that made our purchase so much easier with her knowledge of warmth, function, which boots are ideal for a wide foot etc. I can’t say enough about the great service.

They had a huge sale on so we went in to look at shoes and boots. Friendly staff.
I am writing this review almost an year after buying the shoes because the shoes have been amazing and the service I received is worth mentioning here.
So I picked the shoes in a rush one weekend and they were a bit small and when I went back the next week, the staff and the manager did all they could to make it work. Finally, when nothing worked, they replaced the shoes with a bigger size lacoste. They have been perfect since then.

Cecilia is so helpful and great. I realy like her service. Last year I bought one pair of shoes from her and she left me impression of kind and pantient. This Black friday, I purchased 2 more pairs and another pair of thermal insoles from her again. She made my experience there amazing. It's my favorite shop in outlet.

Great shopping experience with Cecilia last weekend. She is a sweet girl I have ever seen, very friendly, helpful and patience. Cecilia took time with me almost an hour to find a right pair of shoes for work. She knew I stand most of time in workplace, she recommends to tried their popular Disposable Scented Insoles which comes with a floral scent, to put on the new shoes. Summer is on the corner, she showed me two pair of MK platform slide with a lot of sparkle on top when we on the way to the counter, I tried on it looks glam and comfortable on my feet. So I end up with 2 pair of shoes to go home with me. The person who help me finish the transaction was nice too. Definite will come back shop more next time.

Just googled to find the phone number and was shocked at the low star ratings. I was in a couple months ago and the service was excellent, Vitor (name on receipt) was very knowledgeable & helpful. Quality and selection of shoes are great, if they don’t have your size, they can order what you want with free shipping to your home. If you want them sooner, free shipping to the store. I’ve always been happy with the service at Browns.
