We recently visited Brown outlet in the Edmonton Outlet Mall near the airport, and we had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a wonderful lady named Nikoo. We only had a few questions about different brands initially, but Nikoo went above and beyond. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. She took an entire hour helping us find shoes that would help with our backs and foot comfort. Thanks to her, we walked out with three pairs—two for me and one for my son. Truly outstanding service. Thank you, Nikoo!
I initially stopped by just to browse through the shoes and had no intention of buying anything. When the staff welcomed me, I simply mentioned that I was only looking around. While I was checking out a couple of different sections, one of your employees approached me in a very thoughtful way and casually mentioned that a pair I was looking at was waterproof. I found that to be a perfect and respectful way to engage a customer. That small conversation turned into a great experience. She recommended a brand I had never heard of before, and once I tried the shoes on, I was genuinely impressed. What stood out even more was when I mentioned that I have flat feet—she immediately brought supportive insoles and helped place them in the shoes. Her product knowledge, attentiveness, and natural approach to customer service were exceptional. It truly felt like someone who understands exactly how to connect with a customer and guide them to the right choice. A wonderful experience overall.

I am wearing an air cast and needed help to find a specific type of shoe that would match in height to the boot. My salesperson Christine was amazing! She greeted me right away asking if I needed help and she found the perfect solution to my needs. She recommended that I try a Hoka Running Shoe. It is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this brand! I also want to thank Christine for doing a amazing job! She was kind, considerate and made my experience a positive one.
Excellent service from Nikita at the Brown’s store in the Edmonton Premium Outlet Mall. I have visited the store three times, and on each occasion he has provided amazing service—very friendly, patient, and always willing to help. His commitment to customer service really shows and makes you want to come back. Highly recommended.
5 star experience. The red Sale signage brought me into the store, a gentleman helped me find size 8.5/9 clearance on the rack, a lady helped me find the other pair of the clearance shoe I liked, another lady helped ring me up along with an added shoe cleaner she suggested, and ALL of that, was done where anytime I was alone, the manager Suhvab exchanged friendly conversation with me. Him and I talked about the pressures of matching shoes to outfits while being comfortable, and laughed about how hard it is sometimes to find the right shoe for the job. The very first shoe I tried on, was EXACTLY what I DREAMED I would find today. But more importantly, Suhvab's management of that store will bring me back, again and again. He is absolutely District Manager material, and I hope his locations win awards because of how expertly they are ran! A hundred blessings to Browns. Thank you for employing such excellent people to your teams to help us in need♡. I will only buy my shoes from here on out.

Tiania- the sales associate was so patient and nice. I had probably asked her 50 times to bring different shoes and sizes out, and she did that with a smile and without any complaint. She was helpful and kind.

From out of town and have not been into this mall yet so I decided to stop for shoes. Was in a couple other places and left and was passing this store as it was on the way out to leave. Expecting the usual hum drum service as most places give, I was shocked to be greeted by 3 smiling faces and a good morning that made me feel welcomed.
I was left alone to see what they had and when I needed help it was all with a smile. I noticed all other customers getting this same treatment.
Highly recommend. And will come back for my next shoe purchase.

First things first, I was looking through the female section for some heels, and I seen about maybe 2 different sales associate who were not that busy and they didn’t associate to help me, until however I made it over to the guy section and this this wonderful, remarkable amazing and the best customer service I’ve ever gotten was from Shaelyn Pogue! She made every thing accessible and convenient for me and made me feel so amazing that her attention was literally 💯 at me I do recommend that you guys go to her as she will not disappoint you !
