Yesterday I visited this browns, Wasn’t planning to purchase anything I just wanted to get some ideas. And I started having a conversation with one of the staff named Archie, Such a fantastic Sales person and a nice Individual. Although I told him I’m not gonna buy anything, he spent around 20 minutes explaining all the questions that I hade very patiently. And even he brought the shoes for me to try even though I told him I’m not gonna buy anything today, he said just try them to get a better feeling of them. I was very surprised because I shop a lot and usually, I get treated different when I tell them I’m not gonna buy anything I just have some questions. Very, very pleasant experience i have never seen a salesperson that knowledgable about Shoes. And even after the 20 minutes that I tried around 10 Shoes and I didn’t end up getting anything he told me “Whenever you planned to purchase any of these shoes, please come back here, I’ll be happy to take care of you anytime”. Such a professional individual he gave me his business card too!, absolutely enjoyed my time definitely would come back for him.
Natasha the assistant store manager was so kind. I came in with issues from an online order, and her customer service was fantastic. The shoes I ordered were old out but she helped me find the second best option and was very helpful with the exchange.
Natasha and her team (Tanya +staff) always make the show buying experience such a pleasure. I’m not an avid shopper, but I’m not afraid to spend some extra money in a place where I trust the staff to provide me with exceptional knowledge and value, and that’s exactly what these people do. Keep rocking it.
I had the pleasure to deal with Shyann today. I went in looking for shoes for my elderly father. Shyann was helpful and pleasant the whole time. I also met Raul, another very nice employee. Definitely still living up to the Brown’s name

I had such a pleasant experience dealing with the assistant manager at this location today. Her name was Natasha. She was so professional, compassionate and knowledgeable in helping me with a product return. I wish more people in leadership had her qualities. She introduced me to the store manager, but he NEVER smiles. I would return to the Oshawa store again, thanks to Natasha. This experience really made my day!
I came into the store and the professionalism between this dark skinned guy in a suit and the other guy (seems Spanish because of the accent) were so nice to me and my sister in law. Didn’t buy any shoes but bought the care kits for my shoes and love their service and recommendations! So patient and lovely to talk to! Would go here again.
Vinusha provided amazing customer service on the phone and in person.....the other salespeople were amazing as well....the friendly atmosphere and teamwork enables a perfect environment to buy shoes..... I would rather die than buy my shoes anywhere else.......
I think it’s my first time writing a review but I have to share and appreciate from this young gentleman. I went to Browns couple days ago to buy a good pair of shoes for my son. My son is very picky. He’s 22 and in the past four years I couldn’t buy him a new pair of shoes because he’s obsessed with his old sneakers. Every time we go to buy a pair of shoes for him we get disappointed because he has no interest in wearing a new shoes. He still wears the same shoes that he was wearing when he was 16. Me and her mother are having a very hard time going to events Or any formal occasion Because he just wears his old sneakers. So I had no hope We can buy a pair of shoes for him that day. But we went inside and there was a sweet well dress, well spoken young gentlemen I think his name was Archie(one of the sales associates)
he figured out the situation and very patiently(I think it took about 40 minutes) Listened to my son and my son talked to him (My son is so introvert) So I was shocked that he talks to Someone other that his family and laughs for 40 minutes! Archie listened to my son very carefully to see what exactly he wants. We were looking for a good pair of dress shoes, which my son is hardly against with he likes his old sneakers. Archie told me don’t worry because I told him I am worried about my son. He doesn’t wear a new pair of shoes but I want him to start wearing foreman shoes, because he is in the age that he needs to Dress formal Sometimes. He told me don’t Worry, we will find the best fit for your son. And he did! And surprisingly my son was very happy about his choices. He was laughing! He was excited! It got me emotional. Because I’m so into shows and I have like 25 pairs of shoes but he has 2. I was so happy to see my son’s smile. My son ended up getting two pairs of fabulous dress shoes!! I just wanted to deeply appreciate Archie and his time, He made my week and maybe months. couldn’t imagine a day that my son gets excited for buying shoes! And thanks Browns For their good shoes and products,
will definitely come back to this location!
Amazing experience with the store staff and the manager, I bought a pair of shoes back in Feb, and the sole started to come off in an unusual way, the Manager simply asked how long agai you bought it and honored me a brand new pair without asking any further questions. I would highly recommend anyone to buy from here as the store covers you with their Warrenty if it's a genuine issue. Thank you staff and the manager.

I went to the store today and was looking for some shoe cleaner. I was helped by Sam, she was very helpful and even showed me a demonstration on how to use each product on the shoes I was wearing. 10/10 customer service!
I have been trying to meet the brief of a very particular bride in terms of shoes for my suit. Although I did not end up buying from Brown's, Samantha Lee delivered EXCEPTIONAL customer service in assisting me. Both encounters at Browns, she was not only patient with me throughout the process of shopping; Samantha was well versed in assisting me with finding particular styles that match my suit and met the bride's expectations. I'm glad the hunt is over- thank you again Samantha for your help!

This Browns store is one of my favourites to shop from. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in :) Heather has helped me during different encounters and she is so pleasant to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and makes great suggestions based on your needs. Even if they don't have an item or size in stock at the store, they always make it super easy and order the product for you to get shipped wherever you want.

Natasha was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and took her time with us in finding the perfect shoes to go with our outfits. It was very busy and she was very attentive to many customers at the same time. Always with a smile. I will definitely shop at the store again!

I was at the store last week and was assisted by Sayed Omar. Great customer service, he was very pleased to deal with and patient while I was trying different shoes. He knew his product and helped me pick the right shoes for me. I was extremely satisfies with his five star service.
My boyfriend and I purchased a few pairs of shoes tonight and had a very pleasant experience. Anderson was very helpful and super friendly. Great customer service. Will most definitely be back.
Great selection and prices for men's dress shoes. I've been many times for and with my husband. We're never disappointed and the staff are on point!
