On March 18, we went into the mall just to kill time, but the brightness and cleanliness of this store really caught our attention compared to other stores, so we decided to go in. The staff were honestly amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and they really knew their stuff without being pushy at all. We ended up buying three pairs, which is kind of crazy because we weren’t planning to buy anything. That was honestly because of how we were treated. A gentleman was helping us, and a lady was also giving advice and guiding us the whole time. It felt really easy and comfortable from start to finish. We felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time. We’ll definitely be coming back and buying our shoes from here. You can tell the team is working really hard, and it shows. We left really happy. I happened to be walking by the Brown’s store in Midtown Plaza and decided to have a browse. The store was impeccably clean, brightly lit ,well organized and had a great selection of quality footwear. The staff were brilliant in helping me find shoes for my busy job as an emergency department RN and also some super cute fluffy slippers for my down time at home. I truly love my purchases!! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff provided an amazing shopping experience! My sincere thanks to Bakhtawar and Sarah G. for your excellent service !!

I had the best shopping experience with Kaylee at Browns! I came in looking for a pair of dress shoes for an upcoming wedding and had no idea where to start. She was very patient, really listened to what I liked, and brought out styles I wouldn’t have picked myself, I ended up loving them she showed me how to properly take care of my shoes and helped me choose the best care products so they’ll last. I left feeling confident, informed, and excited to wear my new shoes.
